The pizza took over 2 hours and its said delivered on the tracking. it was not delivered, and when I called I was told it's just leaving. I called again 30 minutes later and they had the manager in the background screaming about the fact that the driver had been there and was calling a phone number and nobody answered. Apparently we had an old phone number still in there from when we ordered a long time ago. So the driver apparently showed up sat outside and just kept calling the wrong number, never bothered to get out of the car or knock on the door or ring the doorbell or anything. I was asked if I want this order void and when I said yes she said thanks have a nice day and hung up. I can't wait till this place goes out of business and something better comes in to take its place. Don't even waste your time with this place go somewhere better like papa Leo's or good guys or Leon's.
Edit- Also this acct with the wrong number was used twice since they opened with no issue. But the first time the order was wrong, and the next time the pepperoni needed to be taken off cause it tasted odd.
My wife tried to call customer service about this, the lady hung up on her after telling her to call the store and speak with the manager. The same tough guy screaming in the background of my call.

Read moreEmployee was disrespectful. Came to pickup my order and had my receipt with my order ready with my order number and name on it. They gave me the incorrect order which was 2 tiny pizza boxes. I immediately knew it wasn’t correct because I ordered 2 medium pizzas, 3 different wings, and cheesy bread. But he demanded it was my order and continued to push the boxes to me and ordered I take the order because he was correct and I was incorrect. He demanded I looked at the screen because my “order” had no wings or anything but it was clear as day on my phone and my total being $70 he was definitely incorrect. Once he printed the receipt THERE WAS A DIFFERENT NAME ON IT THAT DIDNT EVEN MATCH MINE! Once he had finally realized he was the incorrect one he went and grabbed my actual food and apologized. This place really needs to be more professional and needs less attitude and needs less of the “I’m correct you’re wrong” mentality. He didn’t even care to look at my receipt on my phone. Just automatically insisted he was correct. Absolutely horrible. Will NEVER be doing business here again and would not recommend to anybody after this experience. Higher ups please look into...
