Twist O' The Mist — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

I went there on Monday and a girl took our order...well... I asked for two waffle cones one small and one medium, she explained to us that small comes with 2 flavors and medium 3 flavors and we requested for the medium with cheesecake, black Raspberry and bubblegum and for the small black Raspberry and cheesecake, then we add two more ice creams, but in a cup both with two flavors black raspberry and cheesecake. She "wrote down everything and some how she was so confused and could not make sense of anything, we repeated everything multiple times and in the most simple way possible, she wrote down everything again, she repeated again, and it was wrong again...I was about to give up and them I told her that I need 4 ice creams: 2 in waffle cones, and two in 2 cups, I told her one by one and she apparently understood and charge me and when we got our ice creams it was wrong. I have never met someone so stupid in my life, I worked in the food business in Midtown Manhattan during busy hours and something like that would be unacceptable. She seems high in something and she keeps repeating oooh my bad! She ended up giving us one sugar tiny cone with bubblegum and Cheesecake that was falling out of the cone, I never got my black raspberry...and the other three also wrong flavors 😡. We just left since I have limited time in my tour and I spent a good 20 mins there just for Ice cream. The ice cream was really good though, but I didn't enjoyed as I wanted. Just be aware of the employees are too dumb...

We've tried twice this trip to go to you guys but unfortunately we haven’t been very successful cuz the guy just closes down whenever he feels like it, the website says 11 so the first day we got there at 945 pm thinking u would be open but u were closed and then the next day we asked the guy what time he closes and he said 7 but he said to be safe to get there around 5 so we got there like 455 and he was already closed, u guys are one of the things we look forward to when we come here but instead we have to get ice cream somewhere else coz apparently u guys don't...

Disney Land is right here in Niagara Falls thanks to the ice cream dome shape of the Twist o' the Mist ice cream stand. They have More than 48 Flavors ( freshly baked waffle cone filled with Toffee Coffee Ice Cream is my favorite) of hand dipped ice cream, and soft serve custard. The prices are very affordable, service is good, all the attractions on the American side of Niagara Falls is within walking distance. Taking friends and family there will be an unforgettable treat that they will...
