Filgers East End — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Attended an event here and it was horribly executed. There were no seats for people who got there hours in advance, it took over ten minutes for bartenders to take an order even when there were only about 20 people in the bar, and there were no tables for people who ordered food.

It was such an unpleasant experience that my party left before the event and ate the cover fee.

I felt horrible for all the people walking around with food and a drink trying to figure out where they could put them down to eat. What a disaster! I should mention there were a few tables available but they had $200 reserve fees and despite only a couple actually reserved security was bouncing people from them.

I call to order onion rings and spinach and artichoke dip but the women who answered was very rude and instead of answering my questions responded with snarky remarks. When asked generally how many ounces the dip was she said do you go to every restaurant and ask that. She followed that by saying i do not know and i will not check on that for you. I followed that question with what sauce options could be offered for onion rings and the server resonded with for you only ketchup. Now, this was my first visit to Folgers East End. I will say the drink I had was good and affordable. However, I didn’t like that the day I went there was no food available at all. I like the venue was easy for all my friends to gather together and catch up. I would like to see them bring back the food at a later hour because I would have order from you instead of leaving to order from somewhere else.
