Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

I love Charley's, Subs are good, Idk if its the same owner but seems more expensive than the one on FT Drum, Only problem is whenever I go to this one it is always busy, good for the owner but so far the few times I have been there my order was messed up, especially if someone next to you orders the same thing, I always want everything on my sub but if the person next to me or right before or after didnt want anything its made wrong. I normally don't say anything since its so busy and but it feels pointless to ask what I want on my sub if its gonna get messed up anyways, and its hard to tell what order is yours when they are making it with so many peoples orders on the grill and people hovering in the line not really knowing what order is yours, I don't realize they messed up till I get to my car and unwrap it, as I always order to go. They should slow down a bit to make sure everyone's orders is correct also it would give time to ask a customer if they want the extras such as peppers, jalapenos, crispy onions..etc on the sub at the end before...

My husband toddler and I went to order A quick snack before heading back on the road .we tried to order on the kiosk but it said there was something wrong processing the order and to tell the employee before hitting “close”. We did that and the woman snapped back “I don’t know notthin bout that,try again” I told her if said to alert an employee so there was nothing to “try again”. I suggested to my husband that we go elsewhere since this woman was clearly more interested in being annoyed and sharing attitude then she was getting an order . He unfortunately didn’t catch on and asked if we could verbally order . Once again we annoyed her with that request. My husband ordered cajan fries and instead of mixing the spices ,a boat load of spices were just dumped on top, leaving the bottom bare and the top inedibly salty. The cherry on top was the woman charged us twice when my husband checked his credit card . Nasty employees , half effort food and pricey. I’m very disappointed with this location and hope they don’t show this lack of care to any...

Meh. They’re fast. Not really worth it, though. It was overpriced, dry, and the portion for the price made no sense. I saw $10 for a cheesesteak on the menu. I assumed, when it said #7 that it meant the meal with fries and a drink was $10. Nope. So I agree to the meal and they add $3.50 for the fries and soda. I was in a hurry, or I would have walked away then. They are very fast, but the sandwich was dry and not the typical size for a sub. Portions for fries and sandwich left me confused why I paid $14 for it. Will not be buying anything there again. There are far better deals from freestanding places in Syracuse. You’re paying to eat at the mall....
