Stopped at this McDonald's, because it was on the way home. Ordered my food, got a bag of food drove home. Got home, realized I'd received someone else's order, and drove back to same McDonald's. It's been about 30 minutes now. Told the speaker person I was here a little bit ago, and got the wrong order. She says pull up to the window. When I get there, girl at the window says "You had the (whatever, wrong item)?" "No, I had (told her my order)." She puts the order in and says "ok $22.80" I'm like no, I already paid for food I didn't get. She's like "You were here before?" Then catches an attitude and slams the window shut, acting like it's my fault she misunderstood me. Manager comes over, asks me what I ordered, and when. So I tell her. Then pull up to the next window. Girl at the window hands me someone else's food. So I tell her it's not mine, and give it back. She asks what I ordered. I tell her. A few minutes later, the manager pops her head out the window, to confirm my order again. I tell her again. She says ok, pull up to the curbside spot. It's been another good 15 minutes by now. So I sit and wait for my food for another 5 minutes, and she brings me a bag of food. I look in the bag, looks like the right sandwiches, so I drive home again. Get home, open my food, and I'll be damned if it's not the original sandwiches I ordered an hour ago, which had been sitting since I ordered them, and they microwaved all of them, flipped the wrappers inside out, and tossed them in my bag like they were new. Food terrible. Service terrible. I should have just...
Read moreI really must be stupid because I keep going to this location (because it's the closest) and expecting to get what I order. SEVERAL TIMES in the last few months I ordered breakfast sandwiches and nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME it's been wrong. Specifically the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and the sausage mcgriddle. Today I ordered just that and ended up with a sausage egg and cheese bagel (that I apparently paid for) that I won't eat because it comes with a disgusting smelling sauce. I didn't order that, but the woman in the first window misheard me because she's listening to music. I don't care if she's listening to music but maybe not when customers are ordering!!! I'm seriously so done with this location. I would rather starve than ever go back here. Also here's a copy and paste of my previous review I had to delete to post today's experience.
This was from maybe a year ago. I just got a big breakfast with hot cakes here this morning and had the worst diarrhea and stomach cramps. I was glued to the toilet seat for an hour and a half. Sweating and crying. I don't know if the oil needed to be changed for the hash brown (it was extra crispy) or if it was the eggs which were gross tasting. It felt as if someone put a laxative in the food. It was seriously the worst experience I've ever had with McDonald's. My intestines and abdominals are stressed out! I think we'll avoid this location for a while and just McDonald's in general...
Read moreEvery night shift person that works here, especially the young girls, there’s this one blonde girl with long hair, always has it up in a ponytail, she’s always the one to take the order and she’s NEVER BEEN NICE…. they have horrible attitudes, they make us wait 20 min for a hot and spicy and still never ended up getting it. We left, called management they could care less.. No one takes responsibility, no one knows how to properly talk. Thought the customer was always right ? Not for this McDonalds. I for sure will take the extra 15 minute drive to Meadow McDonald’s for now on. Like I have been for the last couple months when wanting a McDonald’s”treat”, one of these times it’s not going to be a nice conversation, and these girls will learn. They will get no where in life with the attitudes, and the way they speak so disrespectfully to customers, I personally think the young street McDonald’s should’ve closed and they should’ve kept the one on Main Street, everyone there was respectful no matter how little a place is, no matter how much money they make, I don’t force you to work at a job that you don’t like, so don’t work there if you can’t have the common sense to just be a nice person and get the job done that you’re...
