I ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken wrap was missing lettuce and ranch? So I went back to have it fixed and to get another mobile order for a friend. I told the person working drive thru about the wrap and also gave them the name on my mobile order. The worker said that they were going to give me the lettuce and the ranch on the side. I asked, why would you give me the lettuce and ranch on the side. They told me to pull up. When I pulled up to the drive through window, the manager opened the window and said yes, without my order. I said I need my order. He said, do not come here demanding things. I said how am I demanding things for something I paid for. Then he said you don't have to have attitude. I said I do not have an attitude, you have the attitude and I just want my order please, also my wrap is messed up. He said well, I'm gonna get your order so you could get out my line. I said. Can I please have my order? He slams the drive to Door in my Face. They Finally Gave me my Order, hopefully without spit. They Forgot my drink. I asked for my drink for the order that I place on the mobile app. They act like they had attitude about that too. I don't know what the issue is for these employees to give people their order if they paid for it. Why do I have to beg for food I paid for. I don't know why the manager got mad because I ask for my order that I paid for through the app. I'm asking them for food that I paid for and for them to do their job and I do not appreciate the manager being rude to me. They messed up my order and I asked them to fix it. I will never be going to this Wendy's again. Especially if that manager is working. It seemed like they saw a black woman pull up to the drive through and they instantly got...
Read moreFor a chain restaurant trying to uphold their reputation, this location of Wendy's fails terribly. I went in for breakfast at around 8:30 a.m. which I placed a mobile order for and while I'm walking in the one employee was leaning in a car and didn't even see me walk in. When I walked in, the floor was absolutely slippery like a coat of grease was all over it. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before anybody realized I was there and had to explain what a mobile order was. I finally got my breakfast sandwich and was informed they had no medium coffee cups so she gave me a large which, was okay and she also informed me that they were out of creamers so she gave me one of those little hugs of milk that was expired. I get to my vehicle and was going to have my breakfast sandwich to find out that there was no bacon on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I got to the bottom of my coffee cup there was a quarter inch of coffee grounds in the bottom. No, I did not go back in and question the lack of bacon because I didn't want to go anywhere near that place...
Read moreWhen I think about fast-food for dire circumstances, the thing you want from any chain is consistency. Consistent burgers, consistent fries, consistent everything. This Wendy's maintains that ideal of consistency to a tee. Consistently, the window person will not give you your receipt. I'm guessing this is keep people from complaining directly to corporate. Consistently, I've had problems with orders or food items. Whether it's missing items from my entire order or paying for cheese or extra things and not getting them. Frankly, this review is a long time coming, but someone from corporate needs to see this. A few days ago, I got a spicy chicken sandwich in the drive thru and while waiting, I saw a worker walk by holding food in his bare hands. A Southwest Avocado salad I got today didn't have any avocado. Now, the day shift? No problems. But the night shift? Corporate needs to get someone with an ounce of responsibility to close the restaurant in the evenings and fix the standards for...
