Mamma Rosa's Sons Italian Catering Deli — Restaurant in City of White Plains

So I’m just gonna say if it’s your first time be very specific about your order. I ordered an Italian combo. Our exact conversation.. I said I would like the Italian. The guy running the place questioned me and asked the Italian combo? I said yes! He said on round roll or hoagie. I said hoagie like a sub. He proceeded to make my sandwich. I proceeded to get my chips and 20oz beverage for what I thought was the combo. When I got to the register he said $18. I questioned him because the sign said $12. He said he made me a different sandwich with more meat. I said I don’t like a lot of meat. He rolled his eyes and wasn’t very nice. He said it’s not that much different in price I said yes it is $6 different. I travel for work eat out a lot and $6 is another breakfast sandwich. But then I stated that it was fine even tho it wasn’t. I should have just left everything right? or put the $6 chips and coke back. Honestly most people would define authenticity as “the quality of being authentic”, I’d define it as Mamma Rosas Deli. This is the epitome of mom and pop goodness. From the fresh food and sandwiches made with absolute TLC. To the staff kind enough and friendly enough that I’d drop my children here if I was late to work and couldn’t make it to their daycare. From the toothsome chicken cutlet to the outright delectable sandwiches. I. Can’t. Even. Honestly KFC should be sued due to claiming finger licking good because this deli is exactly that. Go here. Our team at work had a volunteer event in Harrison and we needed to find a place that we could order lunch and I am SO happy we found Mamma Rosa's Sons Deli. I placed a very large order (9 sandwiches, a bunch of chips and drinks) with Mike over the phone and he was amazing! Even asked for names for each order so it can be organized when we picked it up. This deli also delivers which is amazing but I opted to go pick up the order instead. Tony greeted us and had every order ready for us (even earlier than we needed). The sandwiches were delicious!!
