Pax Romana delivered an incredible lunch experience that absolutely lives up to its Michelin recognition. The food was outstanding—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care. I had the chance to try the Fettuccine ai Porcini, Speck e Panna, Penne alla Vodka, and Maccheroni con Ragù di Salsiccia—each dish was delicious and distinct, making it hard to choose a favorite. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant itself has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed yet high-quality meal. Portion sizes were generous, and for the quality, the pricing feels like a great value. If I had to mention one minor thing, it would be a slightly off smell upon entering, but it quickly faded and didn’t impact the experience overall. Highly recommended—I'll definitely be returning!

Had higher expectations given the good reviews and that I really liked pax ramona when it was still around. TVB however was a little disappointing. Not too many choice on their menu. Only 3/4 meat options, the rest are vegetarian friendly. Food was okay. Dessert was better than the entrees and appetizers. The entrees ordered included: gnocchi, steak, chicken Parmesan, fettuccine pasta and penne vodka pasta. Everything was eh. The steak was probably the best but a little salty. The pepperoni pizza, can’t really go wrong. Good crust. Good service. Great outdoor seating ambiance. Speciality cocktails were good. Id go for drinks and dessert but not a full dinner

My husband and I have been here several times and always have a fantastic experience. The gnocci, spaghetti carbonara, and funghi pizza are some of the best dishes we've had in White Plains. Service is always spectacular, the food comes out quickly, and the Lemon Basil Martini is THE BOMB. In addition, everything on the menu is very reasonably priced for this area, and for the quantity of food they provide. If you haven't tried this place yet, you are missing out! 10/10 across the board food/drinks/service 👍

I went here just a handful of times. Each time I ordered penne/spaghetti marinara, I was charged $10 & sometimes $10 & change. I got slightly annoyed with the INCONSISTENT pricing but decided to just let it be.

Then only two days after a previous order of $10.84, I was charged $11.92 for the same exact food. I brought forth this INCONSISTENT pricing to one of the employee's (I'm sure he's the owner). He told me $11.92 will be the new price from that point forward. Once again & out of politeness, I let it be.

Just a few days later, I ordered the usual. Although, this time, I was served much less pasta than previously, despite the increase in price! What!?

I called the next night to place an order in hopes of being served just a bit more pasta this time around. The same employee/owner from before answered. I told him about the lack of food I was given the prior night & unfortunately, I was told in a very condescending & unfriendly tone that if I'm going to be an issue, that it'd be best to "cut ties". He wasn't even close to being understanding.

TERRIBLE way to treat a repeat customer & person. I was nothing but nice & polite to him & everyone else I interacted with there. They messed up once with the INCONSISTENT pricing & once again by serving me such a meager amount of food after a random price increase. I've told many people about my experience & every single one of them don't agree with how he handled things. It is simply not good business.

To say the very least, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. Spend your...

Two words to describe our experience tonight - Extremely Disappointed. How this is included in the Michelin reviews as even a Mention is hard to understand. We are from Stamford and eat out often and for our 38 year anniversary thought we would do something different. The night started okay with a nice bottle of Chardonnay, but then quickly fell of the cliff. For appetizers we ordered the Meat stuffed Olives and Meatballs. The olives were uneatable. The only thing you could taste was salt, no olive and no meat. We sent half the order back. The meatballs were okay, fairly ordinary, and in retrospect the best thing we had all night. For entrees we ordered Chicken Parmigiana and the Bronzino.. Both dishes were overcooked. The Bronzino came with baby carrots, baby zucchini and a few potatoes. The fish was dry, tasteless with little to no sauce. For the most expensive item on the menu, very disappointing. The chicken was also dry and hard, as if it was made earlier in the week and reheated. I was hoping for something special to celebrate our 38 years of love, but unfortunately was let down by the Michelin mention and the food at...

I used to work here and the owners are all incredible men who are truly detailed and passionate about what they do. The service, atmosphere, and food is delicious! I love to order their salad, it is called “QUINOA E CAPRINO” which is quinoa, mixed vegetables, goat cheese, and orange dressing. I also order the “SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA” which is egg yolk, guanciale, black pepper, and pecorino cheese. Additionally, I order their fresh and delicious “ MARGHERITA (S. MARZANO D.O.P)” which is tomato, mozzarella, and fresh basil. They also had like fresh basil or mint in water at tables. It was such a good vibe and beautiful. Not sure if they still do this. I have to get back in there to eat! You cannot leave without eating their gelato. I love the pistachio flavor! They also have pasta making classes!!! Thank you for your dedicated service! No pasta...
