CAVA — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I like CAVA. I sent an email to corporate a year or so ago asking if they would be coming to Lower Westchester so when I saw they were opening at Cross County I was happy about it. I went there a few days ago for the first time and after waiting on the long line I started putting my bowl together only to be met with multiple "we are out of that" responses. I ended up leaving without anything. Very disappointed. It's true, the space is too small and since it's located at Cross County Mall it's always going to be packed. ordered my food ahead to pick up at 4:30, didn’t get my food until an hour later, put the wrong order label on the bag so someone almost took my order, told me they didn’t have avocado (which i paid for) when they did and gave it to me when i said i already paid. workers standing around laughing doing nothing while the store is packed and people are waiting, gave me the wrong rice, i ordered half roasted veggies in one of the bowls and didn’t receive that, only got one of the free pitas, and they gave me the wrong drink.
