Wendy's — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

THE NIGHT TIME MANAGER TOLD ME TO GO F* MYSELF! This is BY FAR the worst Wendy's restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life! I am filing reports with the BBB and Westchester County! This is no way to run any type of business what so ever. My family owns a small business and if we ever treated a customer the way I was treated, (While I spoke to the employees and manager with the upmost respect before he AND EMPLOYEES cursed me out), WE OUT BE OUT OF BUSINESS WITHIN 72 HOURS!!! This is complete non-sense, the whole argument was that they would not serve me and I was not dressed like a bum in any way! I had just gotten off work, and my car died and would not jump out front my home, so I decided to walk to Wendy's and walk through their drive thru and they refused to serve me... Let's say a homeless man walked through the drive through with money, just trying to get some food in his stomach, I bet they would reject him too... Completely inhumane, to know that Wendy's Corp., agree's with this sour treatment of customers, (I called their headquarters and no one cared about what I had to say!), and to know that they hate their customers so much means that this company deserves extreme lawsuits brought up against it since by rejecting me service for no valid reason they are breaking several...

FOOD-It was common Wendy's food, and it was just as good as the other locations of the franchise. SERVICE-Aboslutely excelent! We visited this particular location twice in one week, and the service was very consistent. You usually know that the service is going to be good if you see the manager personally working the counter and making sure that operations were working properly, as we saw at this location. However, the service section of this review loses a star because one of the women working at the counter to take your order seemed to overcomplicate things when placing a simple order. But other than that, the service was excellent. ATMOSPHERE-Very clean, quiet, and a nice crowd. When we first arrived at the location and got online to place our order, there was a line of at least ten people, but it was cleared out all within five minutes. There was someone cleaning the tables after everybody left, which is a very good sign and something that is not seen at every Wendy's location. But, a star was deducted here because the soda machines and other surfaces were sticky and seen dirty because there were ketchup stipes on the table. I came to this Wendy's one afternoon in August 2022. I entered using the entrance that comes off Central Ave and goes directly into the drive through line. I waited for 2 cars to pass me and then I entered the line. From car behind me, the passenger, an older afro-american woman, got out and ran up to my driver's window and started banging on my window and started cursing me out claiming that I cut the line in front of her. She continued to bang on my window trying to break it. The only way I could get her to stop was to hold up my phone with 911 on the dialer, and I told her if she touched my car one more time, I was going to call the Police. She continued to curse me out. The first chance I could, I got out of the Drive Through line and left. It was three weeks before I came back to this Wendy's again. I have been living in Yonkers for almost 25 years and I have never ever encountered such a person as I did that day, all over Wendy's too?? I could think of much better places to get upset about. I am afraid to think what might have happened if she was...
