Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Clarksville

Horrible customer service. I called ahead they said they would have a table ready. First person got there they made them wait 15 mins to be seated by a TV for the game. That's completely fine and understandable. We all arrive still standing getting settled it was my sons 15th day dinner. It was hectic all getting in a the booth side the server rushed us to order drinks. Didn't even bring them out someone else did. He then rushed us to order still no game on they didn't even have the soup my mother order didn't even I'm form us till everyone else was eating. I go to pick up my sandwich and take legit my first bit and the rude rushy server want me to pay my bill so he can leave... HELL NO you are not getting a cent of my money. They ended up over charging us 6.59 and didn't even offer to take my mother's side salad off the check. I will never be back or recommend. We have 5 in our family 3 teenagers I was so sad and disappointed we waisted our hard earned money to celebrate. Heck it was a struggle to make happen to begin with at a 100+ tab for crap service and quality. My daughter chicken crisper ended up being 19. For 3 chicken tenders cold fries and...

It took 37 minutes for our food to arrive and when I received my food, it was partially cold. As our server is bringing the food, her hair was on or very close to my son's fries. She saw the horrific look on my face. My son was so hungry and tired that I did not complain. My husband just removed some of the fries. Our server was so busy talking to her friends at the next table she forgot about us and our food. The manager can see on their camera how casual she was about her job. Numerous times she stopped working and talked for long periods of time. Normally we have a pleasant and quick service...and leave within the hour. After a long day of travel and work, I could not believe it took almost 2 hours. I should have asked for the manager but the experience exhausted me. I am very observant and complimentary of great employees as it is becoming more uncommon to receive professional service. However when I see room for improvement and/negligence I will voice my concern in hopes she will learn to be a better employee and the restaurant will retain loyal customers which in turn will keep...

We’ve tried this restaurant a few times since moving to the area. In the past 5 years, every single experience here has been awful. Today was the worst - the staff just couldn’t seem to get the meal to our table. Manager of course places blame on everyone else, (the kitchen made a mistake and then the waitress and then himself since it took multiple requests from his own staff to get him to even address the issue). Would have been better to apologize for poor service and the cold food that for some reason we had to wait on, instead of acting as if the customer is being too much for simply expecting the meal to be delivered to the table.

the waitress literally hit me in my chest with the plate of fries that she dumped on the half empty plate she delivered beforehand. She clearly knew she wasn’t getting a tip I guess. This staff needs a lot of help - don’t waste your time and money at this one, it’s not worth it.

highly recommend Roosters just down the road for a MUCH better experience and...
