As below, side salad was fresh and crisp, but somewhat bland(2/7) ordered baked pasta sampler, fettuccine alfredo was luke warm and bland(1/7), lasagna was excellent on plate(7/7) baked spaghetti was luke warm and somewhat bland(1/7), breadsticks warm and buttery, but not quite baked long enough top was not browned or crispy/crunch as it should be(4/7).

Inside of Restaurant was clean/stocked/organized and overall appealing (7/10), dining area, lobby and counter service area clean and presentable(5/5), staff professional and courteous, and well groomed (staff conversations at front counter where guests are within hearing distance inappropriate)(6/10), restrooms-mens commode was stopped up and restroom had a strong odor, floors needed attention/paper towel dispenser needs batteries changed-paper was slow to dispense , sink water was cold did not have hot water(4/10).

One suggestion I make is that customer's prefer excellent food and will commonly over look some shortfalls in other areas when customer service and food is more than just average. Food temperature and flavor, as well as presentation being a major factor to determine whether a customer returns to the restaurant or not, some small changes needed front of house to improve...

We arrived to town starving, aaaand I absolutely love a pasta dinner... So, we decided to head to Fazoli's and and check out some fast-food Italian, as we'd never been to one before! Of course we took a minute, as they offer up something for absolutely everyone! Sam, the kindest young man, greeted us warmly when we figured out our food. We grabbed our beverages and took a seat while we waited. They host a nice sized, very comfortable dining room area, and super clean restrooms. Within just a couple of minutes, Emily brought our bags out. We got into a quick little conversation, and the love that she has for her establishment, shone through immediately!! This Fazoli's hosts the true definition of a work family. It is your home away from home. To see the pride taken by each member of the Staff, the genuineness of their greetings and farewells...you guys, this place will truly fill your soul, as well as your belly! The food was sooo much better than I had even imagined!! We had the Baked Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Chicken Parmesan, and the Chicken Broccoli Penne. Everybody loved their meals!! I've been to Fazoli's plenty of times and the food is great but this time everything was beyond amazing. My daughter and I were greeted as soon as entering, and the cashier was greeting from the dining area as she was cleaning. Then she stopped, and came to the register and took my order. She was patient as I pulled up my fazolis reward app coupon and after I came out of the bathroom from washing my hands. She had already placed breadsticks and my daughter's pasta on the table and told me mine would be out shortly. She took a few more orders, handed everyone their food, then came back out to the dining area swept the fountain carpet, the order carpet and wiped down some tables. This one employee shines bright like a diamond for this restaurant and brought our Fazoli's experience to an ultimate great beyond any visit we've ever had.
