Fazoli's — Restaurant in Clarksville

HORRIBLE PLACE NOW! I used to eat here at high school & loved it. I've tried it about 8 times since, in the past 2yrs but everytime has been an awful experience. The food is cold 85% of the time. No one cleans or keeps up on the dining room. The bathroom made me decide I will never be returning. It was so foul & gross. Stall wall was broke & about to fall over, boogers on wall & toilet paper which was sitting out cause the toilet paper thing was broke, the floors looked horrible!!! Looks like they dont clean the place at all, so i dont even want to think of how the kitchen looks. The drink station was so sticky their were nats over there flying around! The trash cans were all overflowing & had dishes piled up so much that their was no more room for anything & stuff was falling on the ground. They werent even busy or anything. 3tables had people @at them. Every single table however was dirty, none had been wiped off. I get my food and its cold. & i mean cold. Their breadstick did not used to be drenched in butter. I asked for 2 without butter & you would think i was asking for an arm or leg. Lol. The kitchen loudly complained to where i could hear them talking about how mad they were i wanted no butter on my bread. SMH! Than they told me they would bring them to me, so 10mins later I walk up there & the lady said, oh there you are, i couldnt find you. I looked at her so confused because she had never even looked for me (i was sitting at a booth where i could see the counter & had been watching her the whole time) & she had just taken food to the table behind me & your saying u didn't see me? SO RUDE. Such horrible service. So DISGUSTING inside. Food is expensive & wasnt worth it since it was cold! Oh yea & the way they do grub hub delivering is CRAZY! They have a wooden shelf like a book shelf (in dining room) & a sign at the top that says, PICK UP GRUB HUB ORDERS HERE- so after the food is done they just sit it on this book shelf in the dining room where anyone can touch it or take it, no one was paying attention & all the workers gave off the feeling like, i don't care about you or this job or your food. None smiled. God it was all horrible. Worst food expierence ever. Every other place that I've seen that does delivery, you have to go to the counter & get the food but the way they do it there is ridiculous. Not even kept in a warmer or anything. And anyone who has a grub hub bag could easily steal it. I dont like that at all. Sorry so long. I will never be back! It really sucks too because it's the only fizolis around & i love the food there when it's actually made fresh. I work in the food industry & customer service means a lot. I don't know what's going on at this location but. The last 3 visits i waited NO LESS than 30 min in the drive threw, paid for order already upset, waited another 20 minutes at the window. Offered a pool piece of cheese cake for so far almost an hour wait. Finally get order, (order wrong) walk inside. Front counter completely unattended , when i was acknowledged is was with a glance , i was ignored. While i was waiting , the cashier approached the manger and tried to take my replacement order out of managers him it was wrong, he had already corrected it and was bagging. She proceeded to argue with him and pulled my buffalo chicken salad out of his hands breaking the container and spilling salad on the floor. She then went back into the kitchen, broke open the rest of the container and Dumped my salad, and all ingredients into another one., very un prepared, messy looking pile of a salad to say the least, keep in mind i have been outside in drive thru , and inside now for well over an hour for 1 baked lasagna , a spaghetti, buffalo chicken salad, and 2 orders of bread stix. This was the last , and the worse visit, although 2 prior visits were just about equally as bad. The employees at this location act completely idiotic , and disrespect, and lead the managers around this location by the nose. Over time the trickle down effect of the lack of urgency , and even basic customer service is going to take you out. Id clean house , and enforce some company standards which i am sure you have in place , with a detailed training program?

Ill end it here. After almost 2 hours of waiting on some pasta, and a salad. I could have drove to the store, bought lettuce, buffalo chicken, spag noodles, and garlic bread for LESS MONEY. Drive back home make sauce, boil noodles, bake garlic bread, and make a salad all of higher quality, and i way less time. This location, and probably be treated for like a paying customer.

NOTE. I left after 2 almost 2 hour wait , got home wife and daughter came in to eat, entirely order wrong!!!!

The restaurant itself is also consistently clean and well-kept. There have been one or two occasions where cleanliness slipped a bit, but that was during very busy times, which is understandable.
