It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Clarksville

I dont typically leave reviews but this was so terrible I will this time. I ordered wing online and arrived a couple minutes after the txt came that my order was ready, I proceeded to check in and wait as the online message and sign on the curb side to go stated. 20 minutes went by and having still not seen a single person i went in. The lady asked my name and told me it was sitting on the shelf, not a heated shelf, just a shelf. When i stated i had been waiting for over 20 min outside she threw her hands in the air, mumbled something i couldnt understand and stormed off. Of course after sitting on a shelf for 20+ min the food was cold. So all and all i spend $25 for cold food and incredibly rude and unprofessional service. Ordered doordash as I work at a hospital. Ordered a combo of chicken and fries. Didn't get my fries. My sauce was supposed to be on the side, and it wasn't. The chicken was smothered in sauce so bad it stuck to the bottom of the container. The chicken was so tough that i could barely chew it! Called the restaurant only to be told that they weren't responsible, and I would have to contact doordash. Thank God for doordash cause they refunded the money for the entire order (which I didn't feel like they should have as it was not their mess up)! Will never order...

I wouldn’t normally leave a review either but this is my 2nd or 3rd time giving it’s just wings a chance and all 3 times the wings are completely trash. This time I used DoorDash to get it. No sauce, wings are literally like eating tree bark. I honestly don’t know how you can be this bad at making wings unless you’re intentionally trying to screw it up. Look at the photo. What is that? You try to bite into it and it is rock hard.
