Jersey Mike's — Restaurant in Clarksville

Normally, Jersey Mike's is the best place for a sandwich. We hadn't been there in a year, or so. Anyway, the amount of meat on the sandwich is now less than a third of what was on them. But the worst is to come. Some male employee appears and takes over making the sandwiches I ordered. He lays on enough mayo for 10 sandwiches. Same with the mustard. Then the viniger and oil. No kidding, over half of the bottles. Really. It ended up being absolutely a mess and ruined. The bread actually liquefied. To be honest, I don't put any of the condiments or dressings on my sandwich. I eat them dry. So, when the guy made the other sandwich, I had no idea that he was ruining the sandwich. So a huge fail for Jersey Mike's on this visit. Also, you owe me a giant size 2 meat club. I can bring you the sandwich back. It's in a bowl. Looks like a thick soup. I think there was something going on with the guy. Nobody in their right mind would put that much on any sandwiches.

Come on guys, you're better than this.

I’ve eaten the Big Kahuna Philly dozens of times, always incredible, I do extra meat on it and it’s always loaded beyond belief and I get full off a Regular. Or get a Giant and wrap the other half in Foil for later, it’s worth it!

Did try their Brownie today for the first time and it was incredible, like perfectly soft and pretty big and honestly better than any grocery store brownie or restaurants I’ve tried, altho I rarely eat brownies, it was worth getting it 100% if you wanna clutch that sweets craving.

After endless Philly subs, I’m looking forward to trying their Chicken Kahuna, it looks and sounds really good. Just been anxious to try it cause the Philly hits every time, but I do like Penn Stations Chicken Philly, so I’d imagine Jersey Mike’s is gonna be a step up on that as well. Prices are excellent at Jersey’s for what you get compared to others, especially across the board on overall flavor, I don’t get tired of the sub by the time it’s finished. ordered online thru their app. we added in the special instructions that we would tip them personally if they loaded it up a bit and could accommodate our preferences, and put our phone number in. we received a text message from one of the employees, Emerson was the name, being the sweetest person ever and letting us know they were gonna hook us up, even sent us a photo while it was being prepared. everything was delicious :) we were actually missing two small items (cookie and chips, happens very often with doordash) and the manager called me personally after i contacted doordash customer service to let me know i would be refunded. i didn’t get her name, but she was super kind, prompt, and professional. props to this team, it’s not easy maintaining such kindness and professionalism in food service sometimes when you get bad customers, rudeness, impatience, etc. these folks...
