Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Clarksville

I don't even know where to start. If I could leave negative stars I would and this is not something that I've ever said to date. My wife and I placed an online order for curbside, I arrived at the location 10 minutes after my order was placed 836pm and I sat in my vehicle as the staff continues cleaning the restaurant in preparation of closing and they looked out at me in my vehicle at least 5 times. After sitting there for 15 minutes I finally walked in to retrieve my order and they still continued cleaning, a staff member finally handed me my order(this is the start of unhappiness). Arrived home unpacked our order and realized the $11 salad that my wife ordered was nothing but lettuce; missing all of the corn and black beans (2nd part of being unhappy). We began to eat and then this is where it unraveled completely, my wife had a piece of chicken on her fork (part of the salad) and happened to thankfully look at the chicken and there was a piece of red hair wrapped completely around the piece of chicken. All the food in a bag and to the trash, the staff was horrible well the one female that I encountered anyway can't speak for the other 2. I would highly advise not visiting...

5 stars period!!!! Excuse me while I unprofessionally review this.... This place is the bomb! I literally went 3 days in a row because its that slamming! I orderd a couple things but my favorite is the Spicy Korean Beef Noodle dish (picture included). When I was in college the "struggle food" was ramen. I fell in love with them because they were cheap but delicious. The korean dish uses ramen noodles 😍 and i adore it. The beef does not taste cheap or chewy, it taste like a well cooked steak. They take pride in their food and you can tell. My best fiend also likes the the Alfredo Montamore (picture included! she added shrimp to the dish). Also they have the fastest service I've ever experienced in my 28 whole years of living. You order and literally your food is ready in less than 5 minutes. The most amazing thing about here is that they have a guaranteed policy. If you don't like the dish you ordered you can trade it out for another one free of charge! How great is that! I went to this location for lunch with my family on July 13th, 2021. I ordered gluten free noodles for an allergy but was told their would be a 15 min wait for just my food, as they had no gluten free noodles made at that time. I was offered a selection of other noodle options and was told they were all gluten free. Rice noodle, Cauliflower gnocchi, and cauliflower infused rigatoni. I verified the rigatoni was gluten free with two employees and requested it once I felt confident. IT IS NO GLUTEN FREE. I have celiac disease, I was violently ill for the next two days and will be suffering consequences for a while to come. I called and spoke to a manager the same day asking how thus could happen, she took my information but I have yet to hear back from her or anyone else from the company. I used to feel like this was a safer place to eat for me as everyone always is very careful with my order.
