I just left this location and I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. The manager of the store is the one who gave me the sorry excuse for service. I ordered a strawberry frappe with extra strawberry so that it wouldn’t be bland. She or he handed me my drink and it had a little puree at the bottom but the rest of it tasted like milk and ice with no sweetness in sight. So I waited to get his or her attention when I told them my drink was terrible instead of remaking my drink like someone with common sense he or she gave me some strawberry puree suggesting I add it to my drink. I pulled to try to mix it myself and still it was awful. So I went in and asked for my money back. He or she was very passive aggressive while refunding my money and when I asked for his or her name he or she had the nerve to tell me they were uncomfortable giving that to me. So since he or she didn’t want to have his or her name on this glorious review I’m going to describe what he or she looks like so that when someone in higher management reads this they will know who to address. He or she was about 5’5 probably 250 or more light skinned with a woman’s voice but a man’s face hence a goatee. I hope he or she gets the attention they deserve for their treatment...
Read morePull up to the 30 car pile up wrapped around the building, aka the drive thru line, queue up your favorite audio book of War and Peace, or better yet your preferred version of the Bible, and rest assured that Christ himself will return before you receive a cup of coffee from this Starbucks. Time stands still at the Starbucks on Veterans Pkwy in Clarksville. The beverages there are so meticulously handcrafted only the privileged few with hours to waste in the day may enjoy them. The beans themselves are brought in from Madagascar on a daily basis. Have I driven the...
Read moreI’ve been ordering the same drink almost daily for the past month with no issues, I left today with nothing after more than an hour, which was both frustrating and humiliating. At a $9 price point, the inconsistency and dismissiveness are unacceptable. The amount of variation in the way Starbucks makes its drinks makes my head spin. It used to be that it tasted too much like espresso, now today I got handed four cups of milk and argued with for over an hour. I'm extremely disappointed that I will have to find another place to buy coffee from (yes I know this affects them none but it affects me). I had been extremely excited for pumpkin spice season but now I don't know if I want to even attempt to order at all. I just wanted a pick me up for my day and I got an hour long argument that...
