Gio's Pizza & Pho Fusion — Restaurant in Clearfield

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and had it delivered to job corps it was suppose to be here at 630 the driver called me at 624 on the dot asking where I was, I preceded to tell him I was coming that he said 630, he said I needed to be there in 5 minutes or he was leaving... considering it wasn’t even the time they said I was a little irritated, it took me 3 minutes to get to security and when I got there he was already gone, the time between the first call he made to me and the call to ask where he was it was exactly 5 minutes, he didn’t even wait for me for 5 minutes like he said plus it was just now 630, I then called the store and asked for the owner and instead of listening to me and hearing me out she cuts me off and tells me “we can’t wait 15 minutes for you my driver said he waited 15 minutes for you and proceeded to tell me it would be there at 7 I was a little rude considering she didn’t even listen to me, I went to get my food at 7 where the driver told me they cancelled my order, not only was the delivery driver rude to me and didn’t even wait 5 damn minutes and showed up to early, and then proceeded to ask one of the kids for a tip I just chuckled, it gets better then I call back a few days later, and I was told there is a note in the system saying not to serve me any longer! This place is a joke I use to order gios three a week and spend 20$ if not more so it’s highly disappointing!! I hope to find a better pizza place! They need better customer service and...

I'm in shock about what just happened. Never in my life have I been a part of such horrid customer service. Placed a delivery order, they got it wrong. When I called in they said it was my fault. Hung up and double checked my order. I was right. Called back and talked to a manager. He said "well what do you want me to do?" I asked him to deliver the rest of my missing order". He said he would call the owner then hung up on me. I waited a few minutes to see if they would call me back. Nothing. I called back and asked for the manager. A different person said they were the manager. I asked to speak with the other manager and they said no. I insisted. When I got the other other manager he answered with "what do you want?" I said I want the rest of my order delivered. He said "well can't you pick it up?" I said no. When the delivery guy brought the rest of my order to my house he told me "next time you should approach it differently."....................... I told them to leave and take their food back with them (with a few expletives in shock being lectured by a business who screwed up my order). NEVER will I give them my business again. Still blown away by this experience. A business run by children with no supervision. Needs...

The new owners are quickly turning this into one of the best pizza/pasta/calzone places there is! Had the pleasure of talking the the wonderful duo that have taken it over and am excited by what they have planned(including new menu and remodeling). My son and I needed some grub after a long weekend of moving households... Starting out with their made from scratch breadsticks and marinara sauce... The flavor of the two are great on their own, put them together for a combination that can't be beat. Then on to the pizza... I had the go to for me Hawaiian, which the flavor of the crust and toppings coming together with the marinara made my taste buds very happy and my stomach very full. My son had the garlic chicken with bacon. The Alfredo sauce and other toppings, with again a very delicious crust were amazing... Multiple times he gave me the nod of approval while hungrily enjoying bite after bite. I know that we will definitely be back many, many times in the future, not just for the amazing food, but to see the renovation that will be coming back with some amazing old family recipes topping it all off!
