First and foremost, let me start by saying we love their food. This location’s service on the other hand? Our dine in experience was not great nor pleasant. Our waitress greeted us promptly after being seated, however, after our order was taken we didn’t see her again for over an hour. She saw other tables, looked at us multiple times, but never checked in, never got us refills, and had to be flagged by another staff member to get us our bill. Other tables seated after us were served before we were served, packed, and gone before we even got our bill. The food had been eaten. The table had been bussed. But she refused to come by our table. Thankfully, the other staff members refilled our drinks, got us our food from the kitchen, and - as mentioned - went and flagged down the waitress when it became apparent she wasn’t going to come back. When she finally did come by with the bill and my card (after being done and sitting for 20 minutes) there was not a single apology or concern for the time wasted.

All said and done, from entering the restaurant to leaving, we were there for 1.5 hours. But, as I mentioned, the food...

Best pizza in Cleveland, Ohio for sure. Best pizza in the country? Possibly, but it's definitely at the top of my list for pizza places. It seems Dewey's excels at pizza. They don't just make a certain pizza good, they make every pizza on their menu good. They also allow you to order "double toppings" like pepperoni, which is my personal favorite. If you are a spicy food person you will enjoy the red peppercorn they give you in the box by default when ordering takeout, you don't even need to ask! If the tables are full and you have to wait but have children with you, there is a window by the entryway that allows kids (and adults!) to watch the chefs preparing the pizza and cooking them. It will be sure to entertain them for a while, mainly because they don't just roll the dough, they toss it in the air and make a show of it. Cannot reccomend...
