Authentic Korean Flavors That Hit the Spot—But Will the Portions Fill You Up?
Gochujang Korean Restaurant delivers a flavorful and authentic Korean dining experience in a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I’ve visited twice—once for the spicy pork rice bowl and again for the Tteokbokki. Both dishes packed a punch of traditional Korean taste, satisfying any cravings for genuine Seoul-style street food.
The service is consistently warm, with the cashier greeting customers with a smile. The restaurant also maintains a high standard of cleanliness, which adds to the overall comfort and appeal.
One added bonus is their great selection of popular Korean cold beverages, like Milkis, Bong Bong, and other refreshing drinks you’d find in a Seoul convenience store. These drinks perfectly complement the spicy and savory dishes, adding a fun and authentic touch to the experience.
That said, the portion sizes leave much to be desired. On both visits, the servings felt underwhelming relative to the price point. When you’re paying full price, you expect a meal that fills you up—not one that leaves you considering a second stop on the way home. Improving portion sizes would go a long way toward building repeat business and loyal customers.

Read moreMy friend and I made a quick stop for lunch today at a cute, clean, and authentic Korean street food spot.
The staff were incredibly kind and sweet, and the whole place was neat. Everything on the menu seemed reasonably priced.
I tried the tteokbokki and black pasta. The tteokbokki was sweet and spicy, while the black pasta was savory. Both dishes had a deep, rich flavor—definitely the kind that fills the soul! (They were quite oniony, though, so be prepared for potential bad breath.)
I’d definitely go back to try more of their menu. I also heard a sushi restaurant opened nearby, and I can’t wait to...
Read moreI had an amazing experience at this restaurant! As someone who had never tried Korean dishes before, I was blown away by the flavors. The food was absolutely delicious – light, flavorful, and not too spicy. One of the highlights was the fried rice cakes, which the owner mentioned were freshly made that day and would be gone in a day or two. Such a unique and tasty treat! The owner was incredibly friendly and passionate about the food. I can’t wait to come back and try their bubble teas next time! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore...
