Edit (1/12/20): I changed the rating from a 1 to a 5 because despite my experience last month, Sean--the Ohio City Burrito GM--contacted me personally, was apologetic, assured me he was going to speak to the team about the incident, made things right and took care of me. I'm a big fan of OCB and am happy he resolved things the way that he did. Thank you Went on Saturday afternoon. Door was locked but staff was all there hanging out in the kitchen; no one bothered to open the door. Called about an hour later and was told they're open as if nothing happened. I ordered my first burrito from the downtown location on 7/14. I visited the website to place my order for pickup and noticed the BOGOOCB offer. Great for my first time choosing to patronize this restaurant. So I proceed with my order. I got the Naked burrito. I get to checkout, entered the code and it doesn't work. I called the restaurant and was told that the code never worked. False advertisement? I ordered my food, walked to pick it up and was told by the staff that someone would reach out. Worst burrito I've ever had! Chorizo was dry and terrible. I came here the first time and it was fantastic, the 2nd time I've come here and I will not be back. I found this long nasty piece of plastic strung through my burrito 🤢🤢. When the employee made the burrito she put2 scoops of rice on, I was about to say that is plenty of rice, then after the employees set the spoon down she acting as if she is moving on to the next ingredient and then picked up the spoon and added a 3rd scoop of rice to the burrito. ☹ I'm extremely...
