Sandra is not only rude, confrontational, but would actually gaslight customers so she won’t have to do her job or to avoid being friendly. This has happened on multiple occasions. This manager has not only messed up my order but has been rude to me on purpose not realizing I’m the same person, one can conclude she does this to every customer. I had a pickup order & I called to see how long it takes, she was so mad and shouted “hello” when she picked up. I explain to her I want to know how long my order would take but she told me that I am crazy and that there are absolutely no pickup orders. I repeated to her I did it for curbside pickup & she quickly responded again that there are no orders. I told her I did it on the app and would like to cancel since she was acting as if curbside didn’t even exist, and she said that on curbside orders it’s not possible to cancel, which made no sense due to her responses. She was so quick to talk back for me to stop talking and to talk over me in a very aggressive manner. Sandra definitely wants to intimidate others. Then I repeated my order to her twice and each time she was trying to cutt me off until she finally listened and her response was that my order “left loooong time ago”. I hung up the phone because I couldn’t believe how someone that willingly works at a job would want to purposely contradict the customer and pretend their order is non existent. Like I said Sandra is always rude to me and I’ve been coming for years but this is definitely the last time I will ever show up. Whoever owns this restaurant should probably pay more attention to her because this is harrasment and humiliation to...

This McDonald’s at 441 W Southline, Cleveland, TX is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. As an Uber Eats driver, I’ve been mistreated at this location multiple times, but on August 23, 2025, around the evening hours it was the worst.
I came in with another DoorDash driver and we stood there 8–10 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. Employees saw us, looked right at us, and still ignored us while laughing and talking in groups. I saw multiple delivery orders already bagged and ready, but no one said a word to us. I even had to message my customer to apologize because the staff refused to give any update.
Finally, one worker smirked and brought another over with a fake smile, like they were trying to intimidate me instead of just doing their job. Only then were we told our orders had been sitting there the whole time. That’s ridiculous. That’s insane. For me to have to raise my voice just to be acknowledged shows how dismissive they are toward delivery drivers.
This is a pattern at this location. On past visits, I’ve been ignored, laughed at, and left waiting until someone cleaning tables stepped in to help me. Meanwhile, they quickly acknowledge walk-in customers, hand them their food, and turn their backs on drivers like we don’t matter.
Delivery drivers are also customers — we represent the paying customer when we pick up orders. Treating us like we’re invisible hurts customers, hurts McDonald’s, and hurts the partnership with Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Read moreFor fast food and a quick stop, whether for a meal, quick snack, or an ice cream treat, McDonald's is always a good place to go.
The people were very friendly and helpful with our food order and with accessible assistance! The server was really nice and represented McDonald's very well.
Parking and getting onto the sidewalk toward the entrance was easy.
However, getting into the building was blocked (once again) by inconsiderate and unconscious truck drivers!!! Drivers of those giant pickup trucks need to park back away from the sidewalk about two feet! The ones with those garish cattle catchers on the front bumper need to park back about three feet! Drivers who just have to park backwards with a two-foot trailer hitch are enormous offenders!
Wheelchairs unfortunately take up considerable space and trucks block the entire sidewalk making it impossible to get into the building. This happens every where, not just here at McDonald's! A quick stop for a meal, snack, or ice cream treat is ruined by the inability to get into the building.
McDonald's restrooms are models of perfect wheelchair handicapped...
