Subway — Restaurant in Cleveland

I went into your Cleveland Tx store on 3/19/2024 to pick up dinner after getting off of work. Your employee were very rude. Very slow. I stood in there 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. He asked if I wanted them toasted, I said yes please. Well after taking them out of the oven he just pushes them to the side and started helping the other girl with a mobile order. That the customer was not even there to pick up yet. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. I was talking to my husband on the phone and he asked what was the purpose of getting them toasted if he just pushed them to the side to start helping someone else. I asked my husband if I should just walked out. After he heard me asking my husband he started working on my order again. After I paid he didn’t even say Thank you, he never said one word and just slid my bag across the counter to me. After standing there for 30 minutes i wasn’t very happy and will not be back. I'm only giving a 3 start because the customer service was great. On the other hand inventory was horrible. I went in last night around 8pm a 24hr location, the only bread to choose from was white or wheat (i didn't want either). It was probably about 6 left of the white, I went with that. Then I asked for tuna, the gentleman informed me that they were out. I honestly wanted to walk out then, just didn't want to drive clear access town to the other location. I ended up switching to chicken teriyaki, then asking for Swiss cheese. The gentleman informed me that they do not carry that anymore. Next I had to choose spinach instead of lettuce because it was brown. I ordered 3 sandwiches, one was a chicken beacon ranch. That was the first sandwich made and cut. What i didn't like the most is the gentleman did not fully clean the knife used to cut the first one so once he got to mine ranch was now inside my chicken teriyaki sandwich. Lastly I wanted flavored tea in a cup, the fountains looked outrageous, like they hadn't been cleaned for days. This was horrible, I'll go to the other...

First off I eould like to stare I am not leaving subway a review but the older lady who works the closing shift. I come to this subway every working night. And everytime I see her working she has a bad attitude. Tonight she had the store close at 1030pm instead of the posted 12am. She proceeded to avoid even looking at me. Other nights she has complained to me 2 hours before the store closed that customers keep coming in when she's trying to close the store. As well as telling me about her co-workers losing promotion oppurtunitys due to drugs. Which I can agree with, but ill never gossip with my customers like that. I noticed since the first time she helped me that she did not want her job and could careless to be there. Anyways I wont be going to this subway again as long as I see her working there.
