Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Cleveland

I have been shopping at the Euclid location unfortunately they went under New Management which is a -0 for me first of all weekend opening hours for them seem to be 12:30 or 1:00 no one's ever there at 10:00 I sometimes go in and choose not to drink and get ice well today I was told but I can only get one cup I've been dedicated to this place for a year and I spent a lot of money there I've been having a problem getting ice on some days when I can't medically have some smoothies, so today they decide to tell me that they were no longer going to give me ice,"I'm not giving you nothing and I don't care who you call disrespectful and very unprofessional so not only am I going to call about this situation but I wanted to be posted it to be known that I was a very disrespectful rude and racist actions upon the management of this smoothie on Euclid avenue let people know this is the type of service you get when you don't spend your money everyday they pretend there's no main office line you can call for this company but there's someone always owning something if they're making money so I'll make it even more better and I'll just call the better Business bureau and I'll file a complaint there not right I feel like the behavior I...

I originally tried to place a phone in order, but the girl who was working rudely said I wasn't allowed because she was busy and if I wanted to order I needed to come in then hung up on me. I ended up coming in around 12:10, ordering 3 wraps and 3 smoothies. The girl working had red hair and wore a pink hoodie & was very non personable... they were using dirty knives for my wraps, they didn't rinse the black tops to the blenders and kept using dirty ones for every smoothie, there was powder on the counters, the floors were disgusting, they had empty containers all over. They gave me my wraps without a bag, then placed my smoothies on the counter and when I asked for a drink carrier the girl was very rude and repeated me asking for one in a sarcastic manner. When I got back home, one of the wraps was completely wrong and the Pulp Fusion I ordered wasn't blended thoroughly. I will never be coming back to this store as this service was terrible. Previous regular myself, always been a fan of Pulp & the downtown location. Majority of the previous staff have been pretty good! I’m not 100% what the changed, , the employees have become extremely unmotivated, rude, lazy & forgetful of orders. It took 25+ min for a plain wrap & a salad. I intentionally left to give time for my food so I would be on time for work & was set penalized for the tardiness.

I had small specific requests for my food, light sauce on my wrap & a plain chicken salad.

Once I finally got to my food, 25+ min later, my wrap was soaked in hot sauce & ranch dripping everywhere. Not to mention, there were two pieces of lettuce on my wrap as the whole thing fell apart as a sloppy mess in my hands.
