We stopped in with a party of 8. The restaurant had about 18 diners total, 4 of whom were already eating, so it wasn’t exactly busy. We placed our order at 10:47 and didn’t walk out until 12:10. For a place advertising itself as “quick service,” this was anything but.
The delay in receiving food was excessive, and when it finally started to come out, nearly half of the items were missing until we specifically asked for them. Part of our order was supposed to be to-go, yet even that was mishandled. Despite having more than enough staff on the floor—something I asked about directly—they failed to move people around in a way that put customer service first. Any restaurant worth dining at knows that success depends on prioritizing guests, not leaving them to chase down their own meals.
The only “resolution” offered was to box up our food and point to a no-refund policy—one that, notably, wasn’t posted anywhere. A competent manager could have refunded the order and re-rung it with a discount, but accountability and efficiency were clearly not on the menu.

Read moreAfter dining at this place four times in the past month, I'm writing this review.
When compared to other Indian restaurants in the area, the atmosphere and service were excellent.
The food is now served. When I first went here, it had just opened, so my friends and I ordered a ton of dishes, including dosa, puri, tandoori chicken Tikka, chicken noodles, and zafrani chicken dum biryani. This time, everything was excellent except for the chicken biryani. It was closer in flavor to chicken pulao.
I had some Indian delicacies during my second visit, including punugulu, stuffed mirchi, and chai. This time, too, everything went flawlessly.
For the third time now. Three weeks had passed since the restaurant opened when I first noticed a change. But It was still good compared to other indian restaurants.
I recently made my fourth visit to this restaurant and got masala dosa, stuffed mirchi, chicken noodles, and veggie noodles. The quality of the food has now substantially changed. The stuffed mirchi was undercooked, the noodles were overcooked, and the dosa had too much oil in it. How did the taste go from fantastic to mediocre in...
Read moreThis is my second visit to friends circle and I decided to go here because my previous visit was excellent. I really enjoyed their non-vegetarian options like chicken pepper fry and chicken dum biryani when I went the first time. The second time, however, was a major disappointment. While the chicken starter (65) was really well done, the zafrani dum biryani was simply not upto the mark. It felt like the rice was not mixed with the biryani curry/masala as it was very dry (almost pulao like) and just seems to have been tossed around in dry spices. The chicken was not only tasteless, but was also rather dry and was very low in quantity. The service is good although they have some annoying TV programs running all the time. (Last time they reduced the volume, so generally the staff is nice). I’m truly disappointed with the biryani - I really thought this was one of the best biryanis I have had in the US (excepting Texas) but this was really terrible. I hope they get...
