I love this Lebanese chain food is always fresh cooked to order but today i was my last time patronizing this location! When my co worker and I placed our to GO order at 11.56 am no one was there by the time we sat down two groups of businessmen that ordered after us, were eating there food in 10 minutes OR LESS..we watched them get served promptly after 30 minutes I expressed to the cashier that we were on lunch and it was 12.30! Welp they put my chicken shawrma entree in the wrong box the hot rice mixed in with the cold salad which had no vinergrette and the lettuce was in big chuncks the chicken was dried out and theeeee worst part I ordered garlic sauce but by the time they finished treating the group of white males like platinum they had no more garlic sauce! Bottom line the service was god awful i will stick to parma and university circle...
Read moreWe were in Cleveland to attend a show at the Allen Theater. We were in a hotel within easy walking distance of Playhouse Square. Overall, most of these establishments serve the acceptable but unexciting fare you might expect from an eatery with such a captive audience, but sittoo’s stands out by offering meals a person can look forward to eating. The business lunch special is a serious contender for best bang for your buck meal at any restaurant in the city, and perhaps in the whole state. It is so good in fact that it is easy to forget to try anything else, therein robbing yourself of ever getting to try their numerous other options such as their outstanding tabouli or baba. I question the character and integrity of anyone claiming sittoos is...
