Burger King — Restaurant in Clovis

I just had the single worst experience at Burger King that I have ever had. They were under staffed, there was no front counter service, the customer service was non existent. They had no cashier only a self help monitor, after putting in my order it didn't let me pay, it told me to pay at the counter with an employee. After paying they tell me they have no freezes, so I asked for a Hi-C. They were out of nearly every soda option behind the counter, the lobby soda machine was out of service, When I asked to refund 1 of the sodas they said that they cannot refund a single item, they would have to refund the whole order and then re-ring it up, acting like it would be too much work we just accepted it since I had to get to class soon. Halfway through filling up my Hi-C they ran out of it. Already having a bad time I asked for a soda, I had asked for no ice yet they still gave me ice in the soda. They had no ketchup, no dipping sauce but ranch and BBQ. They got my order wrong, I had ordered extra bacon, I come to find out they put 3 half strips normally and charge $3.50 for 1 extra half strip, they didn't have any ready so they threw some in the deep fryer and pulled it out still limp and soggy. When I asked for napkins for my order they tell me with attitude that I'm supposed to ask for those. On my way out I saw employees handling food without gloves, the kitchen staff had long hair and no hair nets. The fryer had old, burnt, fries, onion rings and other unidentifiable food in it. The tables were all dirty as were the floors. If I could give negative stars in this review I would. I suggest going out of your way to another location or better yet one of their competitors...

Okay first off wow!! There are lots of bad reviews and low stars! I'm surprised as this is one of my places i truely enjoy going to on a regular basis. I don't know but maybe it's because I always go there between 3 to 4pm and they've been always on time at least for mobile orders. Nice cashiers, especially today February 9th the girl on register around 4pm. the food i get is triple stacker with bacon and I can't quite eating it, I've been doing keto diet for more than a year now and for me eating that burger with a large side of fries and a diet drink won't ruin the diet and I'm usually back on ketosis afte 24 hours. Food is always delicious and fries are even better! For those waiting in drive through i have a message, do yourself and all the employees a favor and order ahead and just go inside and pick it up! I bet that would be easier and you probably won't stay in the line that long also this way you guys won't swarm the place at the same time, which means faster service. I don't think i've ever given a 5star review but there you go burger King employees you guys are awesom and deserve it! I went at 6:40 on 12-7. I walked in to order inside cause I had a trailer on my vehicle. I stood and waited to order, waited, waited and waited. There was one other person waiting for their food who looked very frustrated. No crew members greeted me, nor did they say just one moment, or any acknowledgement that I was there. The clerk at the drive thru helped 3 cars while I waited. One of which was a very long order. A crew member returned from their break , clocked in at the register in front of me and avoided making eye contact, then proceeded to the kitchen.

Maybe I'm invisible?

So I ask if I could place a order. Then waited another 3 minutes. Still no response from anyone. A 4th drive thru order is heard and processed.

What to do? I loudly called my wife to see what else my daughter wanted. I suggested Carl's Jr since is across the street. After the phone call I loudly say "I guess we're going to Carl's" to my son. After waiting a total of 20 minutes we went across the street to Carl's Jr and spent $47.

I guess I was better off than the poor guy did get to order and had been waiting 20 + minutes for food

It's really too bad I wanted to try the Italian chicken...
