Starbucks — Restaurant in Clovis

Not sure how this location has listed for “great staff / service” Unless the reference is to the guy i watched single handedly make more than 7 drinks in 5mins... On the other hand i when placing the order i asked for a drink that was a holiday special,an could be made with few ingredients on the regular menu,the young lady told me what was in the holiday drink and then said “it was a pre-made drink we dont carry”. Yet told me word for word “peppermint mocha,green tea an java chips” which are normal drinks on the menu...

Besides that complication My girlfriend asked for a tall water while we waited for out drinks, the same young lady said had a snappy attitude over making a water with ice an said “your water would be made soon its on the counter”. The funny thing is the drink/water machine was 3ft from her. While standing at the register chewing on her pen looking for something to do while there was no one looking to order. After getting the fraps we ordered still hadn’t got water an said “he is working on your drinks so you can go sit down”

Called to make an order over the phone. They took my order but didn't make it. I walked in and am then told their policy about phone orders. They don't take phone orders. They do however have an iPhone app that allows you to make orders via the app. Android, which covers a larger market than iPhone, doesn't have such an app of course.

Long story short, I was lied to by both the manager and the person I spoke to before her who sounded suspiciously like the same person but of course denied it. At first they took my order then choose not to make it and then lie to me about it. I was in a bit of a rush because I had to catch the bus across the street from this Starbucks and thought because they are usually so nice and cherry in there they'd be more than happy to take an order over the phone but of course they won't do that because they are a bunch of...

This was my first time trying Starbucks, as an amazing co worker gave me a gift card. I went to this Starbucks to buy a recommended drink, Caramel Frappe, & my first experience was amazing. The cashier was incredibly helpful explaining the process as I had no idea where to order or pick up. The barista that handed me my drink was nice also. I sat outside the building & enjoyed my drink until a big group of teenagers came to sit & take over the outside with skateboards & foul language. I'm 29yrs old, pretty young, but I don't like foul language or behavior. I cringe when I hear it so I left. Some of you reading this might be judging me or calling me weak & so be it.
