Starbucks — Restaurant in Cocoa Beach

I usually don't write negative reviews, but my experience at this Starbucks was incredibly frustrating. The girl who took my order was very nice and helpful, but the guy who made my drink was rude and unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes for my drink, while people who came after me were served right away. When I asked about my order, he huffed and then handed me a small drink instead of the large I ordered. When I pointed out that I had paid for a large, he claimed he gave me a small because they weren’t charging me. I showed him my receipt proving I had paid full price, but he seemed annoyed and reluctantly handed me another small drink, telling me my order was now “complete.” The level of disrespect and poor service was unbelievable. I’ve never had such a negative experience at a Starbucks before, and I will definitely not be returning to...

Seriously the absolute WORST Starbucks I have ever visited. Virtually non-existent customer service. Went 2 days in a row. First day, completely ignored by THREE people behind the counter - they were not remotely busy; as a matter of fact, I was the only person in line. When one of them finally decided to help me, there was no acknowledgement - they literally finished up the task they were doing (at the register where I was standing), stepped aside to the other register, and looked at me through their dirty plastic partition, as if to say, "What do you want?". No verbal greeting whatsoever. After all that, they didn't have what I wanted, so I left. Came in the next morning, similar experience....

Stopped in here to grab a hot drink after returned some board rentals - the place is clean, prices are high - pretty standard for a starbucks. Service was total crap - the girl who waited on us was about as friendly and personable as a dirty dishrag. She basically just plopped everyone’s drinks out onto the counter in no particular order and without announcing anyone’s name or what the order was - and then my daughter had ordered a chai latte but she made her a regular latte, which we didn’t discover until we were halfway home (because it took that long to cool down sufficiently to taste) - so she wasn’t even able to drink the stupid overpriced drink she ordered. Will not visit this...
