Went in here with a couple of friends on Sunday and it was an awful experience. It was dead and there was nobody in either side of the store, upon me and a few of my friends walking inside and walking around for a few minutes, we began to notice employees watching us, following us, and even took it step further to follow us from one side of the building to a completely opposite side as well as upstairs and downstairs. About 30 minutes go by and we are just walking around when a security officer came and one police officer came and said we had to leave and when we asked why they simply said “it’s there property if they want you gone you gotta leave” when we tried asking the manager of the store at the time why we were being kicked out she just had a smirk on her face as we were leaving. Very strange behavior for a couple of kids trying to shop. Called the number a few minutes later to speak with a manager and was told we were kicked out because they over heard us talking about stealing… that is completely unacceptable and I will be reporting this further because what it was today was profiling and if they do it to us there gonna do to your kids too stand up for your children who have fun in cocoa beach area because this is unprofessional behavior and this whole company...

Absolutely love Cocoa Beach Surf Company!! Learned how to surf through their Surf Shop about 15 years ago. Since then I have bought 2 surfboards through them. First board was a 7'2 NSP board and the second one was a 6'4 CBSC Board. I have also bought plenty of T-Shirts, Board Shorts, and a variety of other clothing items through this company as well. Everything has always lasted me an extremely long time. Constantly satisfied with their Customer Service. Love the vibe over in the Cocoa Beach area, still feels like it is not absolutely tourist-ridden despite Cape Canaveral being extremely close. Love the large fish tank that they have as soon as you walk in. Gives a very nice aesthetic. The discounts that you receive while staying at the Four Points or the Cocoa Beach Suites is always very helpful too. I really do think they are more affordable than Ron Jon's across the street, however, Ron Jon does have a larger selection. My Mom and I are usually the ones that go over there regularly from Tampa, and we absolutely love the CBSC and the 4 Points by Sheraton. Great atmosphere and service. Will always continue...

My sister and I came to the beach to see the bioluminesance tours and ride our ebikes...to make a long story short after 2 attempts to try to air up her tires. WITH NO LUCK AND $6.50 DOWN THE DRAIN,We stopped at Starbucks which was exactly next door to the cocoa beach bicycle company... it was serendipitous... BRIAN not only answered my questions about my new ebike he even showed me how to work the controls, he pumped up my tires too and tightened my pedals... now I am an interior consultant. I decorate people's homes. His level of service was outstanding so I know a thing or two about customer service.service... his product knowledge was excellent. . As a consumer I would definately shop from him again!!! Thankyou Brian for all your help... looking to buy an ebike or have repairs... go see Brian. HE WILL TAKE...
