3 Scoops Ice Cream — Restaurant in Cocoa Beach

Took my family here on Saturday night for golf then ice cream! Everything was fine until we returned from golfing about 1030 pm. Went to get ice cream and all the chairs were put on the tables - which said to me "we don't want you here anymore" - when they close at 11. We ordered our ice cream and went outside to eat it - just like several other people did! There were 3 young men behind the counter that had absolutely no personality. Attitude is everything - for what you pay for the golf and ice cream - you should be able to get a smile or thank you and maybe some eye contact! We live locally and this seems to be a trend in the area of bad customer service. I am a business owner and have owned a restaurant previously - the customers and guests pay your paychecks! If you dislike your job for whatever reason - don't do it - find something else you have a passion for! There's obviously poor leadership from management/ownership. Definitely would have given this a five star review for the ice cream alone. However, the minute my family and I arrived into the ice cream parlor we were met with immediate attitude from one of the brunette cashiers. Most employees were very happy to help. However, the cashier continued to be rude throughout our trip to three scoops accompanied with eye rolls for no reason. There was a mistake with our order and one of the girls had asked us if we wanted to keep the ice cream, when asking my family if anyone would like it (with intentions to pay for it), the brunette interrupted again and told her to put it in the back and refrigerate it. Horrible service. My family and I came in at 10:56. Three girls were at the front desk and only one started to serve ice cream to ONE kid . There were five children who were ordering. Nobody except one worker was trying to serve us. One of the three girls went to the back room for god knows what. She came back at 11:00 on the dot and said rudely “it’s 11:00 stop scooping.” I will give credit to one girl that was trying to serve us.
