I made a curbside pickup order for the 25 pack 1.5 hours b4 I planned to get there. Last time I went through the drive thru and it took forever bc of all the other cars but the chicken tenders were fresh and delicious. Thought giving them a heads up would save us both some time. Hahahahahahahaha hahahahahaha. Couldn't be further from the truth. I pull up into the spot 3 mins early and send the message I am here. The DT was popping again and the last car in line that if I had just used the DT would have been in front of me was a beautiful older man in a black SUV. So I sit n wait. And sit n wait. The man leaves the DT w his food and I have been sitting for 13 mins. I decided to go in. I roll up to the counter where a man who is clearly the mgr tho dressed the same as the young girl next to him just handed a dime in guest their food . They both look at me and I say hi, I had a curbside pickup for 230 and I've been outside waiting for 15 mins they both turn to look at a blank screen confused, and the girl goes and presses some buttons and my order pops up. They bumped me off the screen. I would have sat there till close and they would have had no knowledge, except the fact I'm pretty sure they had the 25 tenders set aside bc mgr dude immediately went back saying that " tailgate 25 curbside has been here and came in." No one offered me a drink or an apology. And when I got home, the chicken was DISGUSTING. It was so old it was rubber. If I thought I could get my money back I would have driven back up there with what we had left. They made that chicken when I placed my order not anywhere close to the time I said I would be there to get it. Do not use this location they are worthless. I will never go back. I would rather drive 25 mins out of my way n get it from a different location that I know is better and if you want your chicken fresh just go thru the drive thru. F this colerain spot. Couldn't even give me a free drink for waiting 20 mins when I would a been out w fresh food from the DT faster. That...

I brag about this place often and not nearly enough online, and I don't even really like chicken in general. My friends say the tenders are amazing. The rest is really good, but my favorite thing about this place is that I've never met a sour attitude, experienced poor service, or walked away feeling slighted.

I feel safe eating here, and I'm not worried that my food is a prop for a tik tok.

Go for the experience of throwback attitude in the service industry where people still put pride in their work. Go for the delicious food. Go to see what I'm talking about.

Hire anyone that's worked here for a time with confidence because it's the character we need, everywhere.

RC is a true diamond in the rough in colerain fast food. It's a place that doesn't make the current culture of making whatever issue they're experiencing into your problem. I like that. Thank you Colerain RC crew, I can't express enough how grateful I am for the effort each and every one of...

I've always enjoyed Canes and their food. Freshly prepared and a real experience. This was my first visit to the newly formed Colerain location and won't be my last. Staff was super friendly... especially an unexpected surprise.

My dad is former US Army JAG from Desert Storm. He proudly served from the later 80s to 1994. I was only very little when he served. Today, I was shocked when the Manager of the location instructed the cashier to render a military discount (I'm a card holder with USAA). I never try to push my father's past service because he served for the country he loves. I immediately tried to turn it down, saying that my dad had served, not me. The manager said without skipping a beat "I know, this is for him. Thank him for his service".

This is the definition of a company that loves the community out serves, including military members and their families.

Thank You Raining Canes Colerain. We...

I went on 11/09/2021 during lunch time for a casual bite to eat with my partner. The lobby was open for dine in at this location. First impressions were great, the restrooms were nice, clean and stocked. The lobby had plenty of attractive artwork and posters displayed in the lobby as well. The woman working lobby was very kind. She took our order and almost instantly our food was ready. This is definitely the fastest service I've had anywhere. Its also worth noting that the same woman working front counter was constantly cleaning and wiping down tables as well as frequently checking the restrooms. Our food was served hot and fresh. Hot fries, nice hot crispy chicken, and the soft Texas toast served with a side of their signature canes sauce. Overall great fast service with great food to match.

I've eaten at dozens of Raising Cane's locations across the country and while they are consistent and have quality food, this location stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Upon arrival, the entire property was spotless. The parking lot, walkways, restrooms, dining room, everything. My order was taken quickly and with a smile and before I could even find a table and sit down, it was ready! Chicken tenders and fries were piping hot, the sweet tea delicious as always. What took it to another notch was that the staff remembered my name from my order and referred to me by name when offering to refill my tea and bid me goodbye. Nice touch!

My children and I dined In for my son’s birthday. It was late around 11:30pm, Friday. So that could be why the food was extremely subpar . The cashier wasn’t outwardly rude but he definitely was not nice . I told him we were dining in and he still gave me my large order in to- go containers and bags. It just wasn’t ideal, but again, it was late we were starving. I didn’t make a big deal. I will not go back to this location. Thank you
