Dunkin' — Restaurant in College Park

Received food and drink in timely manner. However, person making drinks was very rude and should not be in customer service field/industry. I requested to have my drink warmed due to the fact the drink was luke warm. Her response and tone was very nasty stating " well it was hot when I made it we don't microwave I'll have to make another one." Then told cashier I stated it was cold, which was not the case. I advise her that would be fine ( as I am used to waiting from time to time because not many customers drink decaffeinated and it sits there to become warm not hot).

Received my drink a few minutes later but not without the poor attitude (sat drink on counter without calling drink out to me) Cashier was nice enough to call out and give the drink to me. Drink was hot but without flavoras the original one was requested and tasted. Needless to say I moved on, I have worked with young people all my life and I know how to digress. Lastly, as a black woman I hate to see OUR young black women behave in this manner. I hope with time she grows into the beautiful black woman God has...

Service horrible did not open until 6:09 after being asked several times not only by me. But I ask you how will it be before you open she said 5 minutes at 5:57 while talking on her phone. Said she could not make latte she was booting the machine...duh what does that have to do with pouring coffee; she could not open to serve a regular coffee which was clearly ready. States "If I open up to sell you coffee I have to close the store down again because the latte was not ready and that don't make since". While there were 6-8 customers in line. Love Dunkin’ but this visit was underwhelming.

The staff seemed nice but that was the only positive thing.

We ordered cold brews with blueberry. We get this drink at other DDs almost every other day and there was none in it after we walked away. So, we had to go back and get some and the staff gave us extra in a small cup (which was great) but only after he said he out it in there. It definitely wasn’t.

We also ordered the Snackin’ Bacon, which is so good, but when we got it, it wasn’t fully cooked and there was a huge pool of grease at the bottom which also ended up getting on my clothes.
