I get it, closed on a Frieda night at 10PM, every single other fast food restaurant is full of college students, and Hungary young adults. But when we are in the drive thru line, with the menu lights still on, and no employee cares enough to inform us of the closing time, and even going to the window a employee walks by, makes eye contact, and walks away with out any gesture telling us that they are closed. A tiny sticker on the side of the window saying closed at 10pm is the only way the 69 year old man could verify and confirm the early closing time.
Inconsiderate of potential future customers time, has me thinking that Arby's is uninformed about the overflow of young people needing late snacks after a long week of working hard, and is unwilling to adjust and be flexible due to the different demands of locations. It may not be the most popular choice, but how do you gain the chance to attract new customers when you close while every other drive thru has cars wrapping around the building from the drive thru and the fact the reputation is that they never have a long line could be the exact detail to attract customers here on the night of the week with the most people out and about ready to eat sooner rather then the later. Food here is always good, never messed up a order that I've had or seen or heard of. You can never go wrong choosing this place to enjoy a meal other then the regular burger and fries from other fast food. Just make sure your there before closing so you get the chance to enjoy the food. Quite disappointed in the fact I didn't get to enjoy a well deserved meal here after working over time all week. Why in a college town would you close at 10pm on a Friday night??? No logical reason I can think of. Maybe I'd be less disappointed if a employee would at least explain to us why or atheist inform or even point at the tiny...
Read moreAs long as the little shift leader girl is not at the grill then your food is safe. Otherwise, I wouldn't trust this branch whatsoever. Has the best manager I've known, but that doesn't make up for not feeling safe eating food being made by a rude, vindictive, bold face liar. I gave away my $25 gift card because I don't trust that evil girl being in control of my food. No telling what she has or will do to someone she hated right off the bat as I was being friendly about my online order. Even as the only Arby's in town, I highly recommend finding something else. If you check my reviews, this kind of review is extremely rare for me to leave. But I believe food safety is crucial and would not be consistent in all my reviews if I didn't warn of the danger of eating there. How they let her at the grill after I showed proof of her lying, being told by the district manager she won't be touching my food again, she was right there at the grill making my food. Sickening. If you don't care what a vindictive employee may put in your food, then this...
Read moreThis Arby's seems to be declining. There have been giant cracks in parking lot pavement for several years now. I recently visited and was told that the Ham and Cheese Sliders were no longer carried by Arby's. Not sure if that is for this location but I won't be returning until the ham and cheese sliders return to the menu. Might have opted for the pizza sliders but I did not see those listed on the menu board either.
I really hope that Arby's has not discontinued these sliders throughout their entire chain of restaurants because we are getting ready to take a road trip and Arby's is one of the places we stop at frequently. Really disappointed with my latest visit to Arby's. The employees were friendly but my favorite menu had suddenly disappeared. Guess it is time for to disappear too.
It should be noted that when I went to the store's website that the ham and cheese were still listed on the menu. Suggestion - If you are no longer going to carry those in this then remove them from the website. Helps with...
