So, we looked them up online before visiting. The website said "hookah, cocktails, and karaoke...". The only thing that was correct was the hookah. The environment was subpar. They don't sell alcohol (or have karaoke) and, on top of that, you have to pay them $5 for BYOB. The shisha tasted burnt from the first minute they brought it and it took 30 minutes for them to bring it out, even though there were only 3 other people there. We ordered a coffee drink when we ordered our hookah and the waiter came back to confirm our drink 5 minutes after bringing out the hookah... So a good 35-40 minutes after we got there.
