Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in College Station

We ordered the pretzel crust pizza tonight, as we loved it when it first came out last season. This time, the crust was nothing close to resembling pretzel dough (other than the corse salt sprinkled on) and was in fact undercooked, at that. I called to discuss this with the manager and explained how this was the 2nd time we have received this disappointing “pretzel” crust (we don’t usually complain so gave it a second try after receiving the same gross crust several weeks ago) and hoped they would make things right after sending us this terrible product. He told us that they ran out of the baking soda they used last season that makes the crust brown and pretzel textured, and are using an alternative brand of baking soda. I was informed that this is what I should expect until the rest of the baking soda is used, half a box left, and then asked if there was anything else I could be helped with. I replied that I hadn’t been helped yet, since I received a pizza that didn’t meet the expectations set and was then told “ok, well, have a nice rest of your day” and the phone went dead. Wow!! Went to place an order online at 9:10, and it said they weren’t accepting online orders, (even though they’re open until 10,) so I call to place my order. Brandon, who answered the phone, was very short with me, and had the WORST attitude! I placed my pizza order and asked for a 2 liter of Lipton Brisk Tea. He promptly stated that, “he wasn’t sure if they had that because they were low in stock so he wasn’t going to charge me for it.” Thinking surely they wouldn’t be short on Sierra Mist as well, I asked for it instead. He responded with, “I’m not going to go look right now at what we have. I told you we were short, so I’ll look when you get here, and if you want something then I’ll charge you for it.” I could tell he was aggravated that I was placing such a large order after 9 pm, so I quickly agreed and hung up. When we picked up our order the crazy bread was so hard we couldn’t eat it. It tasted like it sat out all day. Almost always a disappointment. There are never any hot-n-ready cheese pizzas actually ready. No matter what time of day, there seems to almost always be a 6-10 minute wait for a hot n ready cheese. My son is obsessed with little ceasars cheese pizza. So we are a regular, even though it’s frustrating. On top of that, today I go in at 830 (granted they close at 9) and was told they didn’t have any hot n ready cheese. When I ask how long is the wait she says they aren’t making anymore. In the past we’ve gotten there later and was still able to get our hot n ready cheese even though we had to wait. It’s just disappointing. The 2 ladies that were working seemed like they were more concerned with getting out of there than attending to the customer. One already had her backpack on, still working.
