I placed an order for a birthday cake two days ago. The young girl who helped me stated that I would receive a call from the manager to confirm the order that same evening. The call never came, so I naturally called back 1.5 days later to confirm after I remembered the cake. A young lady answered the phone and relied the message to the manager, who then called me and said the cake is ready for pick up. Perfect.

My husband and I walked into the location to pick up the LARGE cake I ordered. The manager handed us a cake from the front freezer that said medium on the box. I didn’t care to correct him that I had placed a large cake order even though he knew me as “the girl who called to say the manager never confirmed my cake”. A medium would’ve been fine, I just wanted extra slices Incase. No big deal.

He starts to process our order and wanted to charge us $32.99 for the cake!! All signage in the store stated that a medium cake was $28.99. The cake box even had $28.99 written on it. After I pointed to the box and the sign that said medium cake is $28.99, he continued to repeat that a "medium is a large" which is why it is $32.99. It did not make any sense because a large is 1/4 sheet, it says so on the signage!

He kept asking how many people I’m trying to feed. I said 20, hence why I wanted a large cake. He then said get two medium cakes, and he’d cut me a deal. I ended up leaving with no cake and went elsewhere.

1. my large cake order was never placed, otherwise he would’ve had the 1/4 sheet turtle cake made.
2. he kept trying to convince me that a medium was a large
3. tried to overcharge me when prices ARE CLEARLY marked ($28.99 was the even marked on the box)

DO NOT PURCHASE ICE CREAM CAKES AT THIS LOCATION, unless you’ve clarified the prices beforehand and know what you will be getting. The ice cream cake prices are false...

Very disappointed!!! Decided to order the Cookie Chaos cake cause it looks amazing. When I picked it up it looked a little sad, not as exciting. I can expect it to not look like the pic but they could've tried. I overlooked it but was concerned that the ice cream used was basic vanilla. I asked the manager if the cookies & cream was used & he confirmed that it was. I got home & cut into it to see that it was basic vanilla instead. So, the manager lied & just gave me a basic cake with cookies when I wanted an 'over the top' cake. I didn't get the cookies & cream ice cream, the chocolate chips or the chips ahoy cookies. Ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday back in march. It was supposed to be a cookie jar chaos cake with a cookies n’ cream type of ice cream and also cookie dough ice cream! Looked great in the pictures and was super excited. Then I went and paid $40 for the cake, only to cut into it and find only vanilla ice cream inside both layers. Reached out to customer service via email, and was told they would contact the owner. However, I was never contacted by the owner. Reached out again and was told the same thing.
