I have never taken the time to write a bad review and I wish I would have gotten the name of the specific employee the issue was with. Regardless…I clearly and concisely placed my order with the employee and upon seeing a different sub being made I asked about it and the employee told that’s not what I said, slammed the meat slicer, and started to make another sandwich with half of the amount of meat the first one had and then snapped at me asking what I wanted on it. I went out of the way to apologize for the miscommunication to try and ease the tension and he snapped at me again. I asked for the managers number and both of the employees working then refused to provide me with that and requested to take mine. Which I provided. We’ll see if my number makes it to the manager. My experience here at this location is phenomenal. The gentleman who asks, what you would like to eat is extremely polite and mannerly. Not only does he talk about the food but he will make you actually feel welcomed inside of this highly PROFESSIONAL place of business. Error on the order and rude. Ordered two turkey and one ham, got two ham and one turkey. This was a pickup order so when i got to the store I called to tell them I was there.
