we ordered dinner..( take out) for our family when arriving home some of our items were missing..( okay it happens) my husband went back for them.. yet another 15 waiting period… i began pulling the meals together… the first salad was rotten… i called my husband telling him to get a replacement salad… the next salad we ordered was also rotten i called chilies to talk with the manager… after i waited 20 minutes..& was hung up on 3 times… finally reached someone ( name withheld ) who did replace the meal… (he was very understanding.. ) the very next day … second meal was prepared better..cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches were okay but over salty and i like salt..the third replacement salad was also rotten… i photographed the original salads on the counter top again it’s nasty… the white paper towel is the replacement meal’s salad…. they seriously need to keep an eye on their produce…. we were disappointed ☹️ … please know that we received half salads .. that was approximately about a cup of lettuce.. and half of the lettuce was rotten….
updated remark !! ____ i followed up with chili’s management… through their website… after they stated because they were unsatisfied with the service and sanitation of their food…i had received … for all our trouble we received a $20 gift card after having to drive there 4 times in total for their mistakes … i paid more than that… dinners… its not worth my time and effort with the possibility of having another rotten salad and just average food… that’s over salted…i’m not impressed… you apparently don’t care it your food is rotten and unsanitary…. i would be ashamed… ( i’m giving your service one star now) your phone ( collierville restaurant ) isn’t answered in a timely manner.. i waited twice for over 20 minutes and was hung up on three separate times… i don’t think i’ll be back to collierville’s chili’s again… you need to do a better job… 3 rotten salads and then your replacement was again rotten… ppl should be aware of the fact you don’t care or check the quality of your produce enough… this is definitely scraping the bottom of the bowl… i’m...
Read moreUpdate: It’s been a couple years, but we tried the Collierville Chili’s again recently and it was great! Food, service were great and food came out timely. Since that visit, we’ve been back 2 more times and they didn’t disappoint! We will keep going back!!
Stopped by tonight at 7pm. Place was pretty dead. The hostess was talking with a couple with a child off to the side so we just stood there waiting to be seated. At first I thought the couple was complaining about there but being enough servers. The hostess then looked at me oddly and said “I’ll be with you in a minute”. I said okay. Then a few minutes passed and it became obvious the hostess new the people and picked up the child and hugged him. Meanwhile we are just standing there waiting to be seated, not saying anything. Then the hostess looks be square in the eye and said again “I SAID I’ll be with you in a minute” like she was putting me in my place and she wasn’t going to hurry for anyone. I hadn’t said anything to her or even looked upset. At that point, we walked out. We had previously quit coming to this chili’s because they never had enough help and would have half the tables empty but people lined up waiting to be seated. However, we’ve visited a couple of times recently and really enjoyed the service and food. After tonight, it will be a long time if ever before we return.

Read moreOrdered over 2 hours in advanced online, set my pickup to-go order for 7:30PM. Showed up exactly at 7:30PM and texted “here” to the automated number they confirmed my order from just like they said to. Waited 5 minutes no one came out, so I called and told them I was outside. Sat there for another 15 minutes; Didn’t get my order until 7:50. I thought by ordering in advance they would have time to have the order ready in time for my scheduled pickup, I already paid online so it’s not like they had to make sure I was gonna show up or something. It doesn’t even take 20minutes when you dine in, get seated and order with a waiter to get your food. Pickup orders are supposed to be quick. When I got home and unpacked the bag they forgot one of the meals. So my wife and me ended up having to share the one meal and what’s ironic is we ordered the “two for 25” meal deal, it’s literally made for couples, it’s not like I just ordered a bunch of random items and they forgot one of them, that’d be understandable, But how do you forget one of the meals in a meal deal meant for two? I called them and they told found them missing meal, but I didn’t feel like driving another 30minutes round trip so I asked for a refund. They told me they would refund the missing meal back to my card and it would take 7-10 business days. Should have offered to refund the whole order, or have someone bring it to me, since apparently they offer delivery now, but I guess that’s too much to ask.
