Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Collierville

I went here tonight and the employees were outside smoking and then came inside and didn’t wash their hands. The man who took my order and payment almost didn’t give me back my change which was two dollars. I pointed it out and then he gave me my change in all coins. I guess he realized he didn’t have any ones and hoped I wouldn’t notice not getting my change back I don’t know. I ordered two sandwiches and when I got home one of them had only cheese and bread on it … it was supposed to be a Sicilian pizza sub with a few different meats and cheese . I asked for the sauce on the side and that was in the bag but he didn’t put any meat on it so basically I paid for cheese and bread. I won’t go back to this location . This is the second time they have messed up our orders and it will be the last for me . I love the food so I will make sure I go to another...

Sandwiches are top-notch. Husband tried the j.j. gargantuan. I'm not normally a complainer unless it comes to customer service. And when you have to go in and pick up your order, the employees barely say anything to you, no welcome to Jimmy John's or anything. Most restaurants give you the order at the desk so I didn't know the first time and they looked at me like I was an idiot, and pointed over to the corner right by the door. Sorry, I am just old school customer service and am a big fan of speaking to the customers with a smile, and helping graciously if there's a problem. Rude , nonchalant employees. They didn’t sign off my order so i waited over 30 minutes when it probably had been ready, who knows how long it sat there. I received an expired side, with a past date written in big black numbers. Luckily I checked my bag before I left and when I went back in they gave me the stupidest look and no apology. I understand having downtime at work but at least go in the back and don’t sit in the dining area scrolling on your phone. Especially when you’re not doing your job effectively. Not a good look.

Update: I went to eat my sandwich to discover my order is wrong. And the pesto side...
