I placed an order online, received an email at 7:59 saying my order was ready. I made it to the store about 8:17, I stood in line roughly 5 mins the cashier was very nice and polite. As she gave me the pizza I noticed that the boxes were very hard ( indicating that they were sitting in the warmer too long). I then notified the cashier that my pizzas were indeed old and were not cooked 20 mins ago. I asked for a manager, At that point I’m guessing the unidentified woman was the manager I proceeded to tell her that the pizzas were and I’d like a remake she stated to me that IT WAS MY FAULT THAT THE PIZZAS WERE OLD BECAUSE I TOOK TOO LONG TO COME GET THEM BUT SHE WIIL MAKE THEM OVER THIS TIME!!! I said cool so I went out to my car waited 15-20 mins on fresh pizza. As I returned to the store I noticed as I was walking in the same unidentified woman walked to the back and another woman came up front with the “fresh pizzas” only to say hey it’s your fault and we’re not doing this again! So I asked for the two women names and they refuse to give names but informed me that their GM will be back Monday I said okay and left respectfully. I reached out to the Gm Monday at noon! LETS JUST SAY SHE’S NOT A MODEL OF WHAT A LEADER IS! VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS, POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS, VERY GHETTO, SHE HAD VERY NASTY AND Disgusting Attitude. She hang up the phone in my face for staters!!! She also stated that the pizza should be good for 30 mins which proofs that the pizza was not fresh when I initially received it 22 mins after I got an email saying it was ready! When I got back home the pizzas were terrible some of them were stuck to the box. PLEASE PLEASE...
Read moreI have to give a shout out to the incredibly organized and enthusiastic young gentleman, Wyatt, who is taking orders at Little Caesars in Collierville. This young kid who has to still be in high school, was hustling and bustling! Of course it’s Friday, and they are busy, but he is taking orders and constantly shouting to the back of the kitchen what’s left in the hot and ready warmer, turning people as quickly as he can with a smile on his face. I love his enthusiasm and dedication to his work. I’ve had jobs in the past where I loved the busy craziness because I knew what was going on and it’s just exciting! Even in a few moments, when there was no one there to place an order, Wyatt came around from behind the counter, and quickly restocked 2-Liter sodas in the refrigerator. If I was his boss, I would feel like I was definitely getting my moneys worth! My kids love their pizza and it is super affordable compared to everything else out there. It seems like the best way to get quick pizza is to order online and pick it up from one of their convenient pick up...
Read moreI went in to place an order on 7.6.2021 and there were 6 teenage employees (no manager on duty). Of those 6, only 1 employee was wearing a mask. While wearing a mask is now optional, anyone preparing or working with food in a public setting should be required to wear masks. Not to mention one of the unmasked teenage employees sneezed and didn't bother to wash his hands. I had to pull another teenage employee to the side, after they confirmed there was no manager on duty, and request that she ask the employee to please wash his hand before preparing my order. She replied "I saw him sneeze into his hands as well, so I will ask him to wash his hands". So consider had I not seen him do this how many customers meals he may have handled without washing his hands. All of this not to mention how the Delta variant of COVID is now spreading. Don't think I will be returning to this location until they are requiring employees to wear mask. On top of it all my pizza had way too much pizza sauce, not sure it was cooked...
