Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Colonial Heights

I love auntie Anne’s pretzels; however, this review is for the Auntie Anne’s in the colonial heights mall, located in Virginia, The South Park Mall. I guess when the boss isn’t at work the workers get to decide if they do or don’t want to make pretzels to order. Luckily there is a “pretzel maker” in the mall as well.

I asked for two freshly made sweet almond pretzels (there was one sweet almond pretzel in the window that looked like it had been there for a while). The regular Pretzel and cinnamon pretzel bites arent individual pretzel pieces at all. Like dough spread out and baked like a fast food bread appetizer. Looks and tastes like breadsticks not even pulled apart or any crust to it all all. Warmed over bread. with some salt and butter sprinkled on top. Not at all what you would think mall pretzels bites would taste like. Gross. Look at these. The left are the cinnamon "pretzel" bites. the right are the regular "pretzel" bites.
