Arby's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

If I could choose to do 0 stars I would! We went through the drive thru tonight and had a fairly simple order. The guy taking our order was named Ken and he was super nice but I could tell he was new. Everyone learns at different levels and makes mistakes which is completely fine in my books. However the manager Davids behavior towards his employee was absolutely disgusting! He was yelling at Ken about his mistake to the point we could hear him on the other side of the window, to me that is not ok! Then we pointed out we never got our fries with one of our meals and David said you got mozzarella sticks instead which we ordered mozzarella sticks as an additional not replacement of fries. Our fries were not only cold but only filled up half way. Most managers would just comp the fries especially since we had so much messed up with our order but instead had us swipe our card again for the fries and closed the door on us after handing us the rest of our food. I'm just appalled at how your stores manager treats his employees and customers. We will absolutely not be back. I'm pretty sure the managers name was David, he was white with glasses and we came around...

I'm rating this simply on the food as this was a Door Dash order. The food arrived hot, fresh and well packed. Special orders were handled correctly. The reason that this is only three stars is because I ordered and paid for a large order of curly fries, what I received was between a small and medium amount of curly fries in a large pod. I spent over 70 dollars on my order, and that was with some significant discounts, I would expect to not be screwed out of half of my order of fries. Go here for lunch often, the service is extremely extremely fast. I always go here when I'm in a huge hurry because the service is so fast. Staff is always very polite. Food has been consistently great quality. The drive thru is kind of in a weird spot and blocks that section of traffic a bit, but that isn't something that's too easy to control or change on their end. Otherwise I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this location or Arby's as a whole. You get what you pay for, quality food and a little bit higher end price point as far as fast food goes, and the service is...
