Last night was our families first time trying this place. We ordered our ToGo from the self service kiosk. It was $45 for 3 teriyaki bowls. It took 23mins for our order to be ready. When we got home and saw the white meat chicken breast teriyaki bowl, it was a joke! The chicken was so burnt and charred that even the kitchen staff couldn’t cut the chicken! You could clearly tell that the kitchen staffed tried to slice the chicken because there was knife lines going down the breast. THE CHICKEN WAS SO BURNT AND OVERCOOKED THAT IT COULD NOT BE CUT!! Tried to take a bite out of the chicken breast and it was NOT edible!! I’ve never seen chicken burnt that badly from any restaurant, ever! I wish I would have thought to take a picture of it before throwing it away as it was it almost comical that the staff served it like it was. Not even the dog would eat it and that is saying a lot!! The chicken breast was overcooked so badly that it was about the thickness of a cracker. It tasted like you were chewing on a brush used to clean a grill. We had to throw away the chicken but ate the noodles which were good. However spending $45 for fried rice and noodles because the chicken is not edible is unacceptable. It’s really unfortunate as we live close by and had better hopes for this place. I suggest you take a good look at your food before you leave the restaurant to make sure they didn't serve you a days worth of burnt up residue scrapped off the grill like...

I walked into what felt like a storage container with tables. There is no space to breathe in that store. I waited for my order and watched a few other customers get food that ordered after me. When I inquired the employees scrambled to find out what’s going on. Low and behold someone forgot to make something so my order was sitting there waiting.

I eventually asked to refund my order and paid for the drink I had already consumed. They claimed they refunded it and charged me only to see both charges on my bank account.

I can’t even tell you what the food tastes like here because the process of procuring an order was such a waste of time and energy. If management exists at this location then they sincerely need to re-evaluate their practices and their team’s ability to constructively work together.

Unfortunate though because having a good noodle spot near the house was something I missed when I moved. I had thought about going back in to give a second chance at a first impression but I’m now seeing that they cannot process a simple refund so why bother.

I really hope this location improves themselves for...

Food is good, concept is ok, but too removed from service for me. Significantly understaffed for demand, and I dont like the order-it-yourself kiosk, just pay for the labor to run the place right. Waited about a half hour for 2 bowls. No warmers for waiting pickup orders, just gets tossed on a bare metal countrertop. Overall, enjoyed the food well enough, but feels very much like its cutting a LOT of corners to save a penny wherever possible. Hope this changes. update to reply from owner- a little extra honesty on the side for ya then, using the same copy/paste reply that I'm sure most teriyaki madness locations across the country use any time they see anything that mentions wait time doesnt exactly make me feel more connected to real service. Drop the copy/paste, drop the non-excuses, pay enough people to be there to have a cashier on duty or do some customer facing work yourself if labor really is too tight, you're only running half...

Oh man - this was really good. Reasonable prices for a LOT of food and it was really good! We ordered the Chicken Katsu and Spicy Teriyaki bowls + the chicken potstickers. We were dine in and the wait was about 10-15 minutes at 6 on Saturday- not bad at all. The chicken katsu was SO crispy. The entire meal we were wondering how they got it so crispy but not at all oily!! Will definitely be back for this. The potstickers were another “how is this so good” moment. Super crispy and really good flavor, made even better by the dipping sauce. My friend really liked his spicy teriyaki chicken. I am not the biggest teriyaki person so I can’t add much but the chicken was tender and tasted good. (Edit: we went back and got the chicken breast teriyaki. I thought it was really good!) Next time we go I will absolutely take photos!

The culinary experience was delightful. Our meal comprised of delectable spicy tofu paired with noodles and flavorful teriyaki chicken served with fried rice. The tofu exhibited a perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and a soft, inviting texture within. I relished the fiery kick of spiciness. The teriyaki-infused fried rice triggered nostalgic memories of the rice dishes from my childhood. The proprietors exuded friendliness, and the staff demonstrated impressive training. Despite the bustling atmosphere at the pre-open event, the staff remained amiable and accommodating. In summary, the cuisine was exceptional, offering a good value for the prices, and the service was exemplary. 👍

I just found my new favorite restaurant! I had the Teriyaki chicken with all the delicious tender perfectly cooked vegetables, succulent chicken and fluffy fried rice. The young man was very nice who took our order. The only thing I would say is that because we bought drinks too he should have suggested the combo for only $1.00 more. We would have gotten a side or as well. But for our very first visit we will still highly recommend and we will be returning!
