I have had great experiences with this specific Carrabba's but this last visit was terrible in many ways. I went with a friend of mine and my wife. My wife absolutely loves their bread and mainly goes here to get her fill of that delicious gluten. Here is a list of things that went wrong: We waited awhile before getting our food ordered (probably 15 min). We ordered dipping sauce to have along with our bread but when it came out we still didn't have bread. Since it was sitting out on our table for about an hour it got cold. Bread came out after the sides and the entrees. We kept getting told that it would come out. Normally this is what you get to snack on before any food. We were in the restaurant for over 1 hour before getting our first food. Table next to us asked the manager to come over because they were having problems with their service as well and with the food quality. Manager came over and gave both our table and theirs some certificate cards and a free dessert. We tried paying with that card (should have given us an additional 10 off the meal). They rang the bill up wrong and charged about 3 dollars more (we just left at this point since it wasn't worth it). Sprite that was ordered was never refilled. Restaurant appeared to be over staffed and had plenty of open tables (about 50% of capacity). There were 8 people walking around at any given point in time. At the end of the meal we finally got some bread and left about 2 hours after entering.
Unfortunately, I have never been so agitated ever after going into a restaurant. For a 3 person meal that costs 74 dollars (and we still gave tip on top of that) I would expect much more.
Update: I have reached out directly last week per the owner's comment below and I am awaiting a response.
Update 2/1/22: I am still awaiting a response from Carrabba's
Update 3/2/22: still no response yet from Carrabba's. Wondering if there was a problem with the submission of my last request. I will keep updating as I have more information.

Read moreUpdate - 7/30/23 Brought my daughter and her boyfriend here for their birthdays. The restaurant smells ok for the most part, but the bathroom smells of sewage backup. You can smell it towards that end of the restaurant and it's a little nauseating.
Our waitress is a bit more robotic than personable, but we came for the food, not the service. My daughter ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria with house salad, her boyfriend ordered Pasta Tuscano with Cesar salad, and I ordered the Chicken Trio with sausage and lentil soup.
Todd loved his salad. Ande said hers had a little too much dressing. My soup was tasty.
Idk if the recipes have changed or if they are buying more high quality food, but the dishes were much better than they used to be. All of my chicken breasts were tender and juicy, lots of mushrooms on my marsala, lots of sun dried tomatoes on my Bryan, and lots of delicious fontina cheese on my Rosa. 😋😋😋 Unfortunately there was a lot of basil as well. Not my tastes, but, it was fresh and I was able to scrape it off, so, no harm no foul. My dining companions enjoyed their meals as well, but the steak was a bit over cooked.
My daughter went to the bathroom afterwards and said the toilet wouldn't flush (given the smell in the air, I am not surprised) and the stall door got stuck.
Overall, I would definitely eat here again for the taste of the food. $100 for the 3 of us (all drank water) so a bit pricey, but, a once a year treat I can afford. 🙂
Expensive for the cheap food they serve, but I always find it tasty so I return a few times a year. Took 6 friends with me this last time and every one of them complained their food was overly salted. I was "ill" the moment we got home. Could have been a coincidence, could have been food poisoning. IDK I enjoyed my meal, as almost always, but couldn't help but wonder. Reality is, I will most likely be back in a few months though.

Read moreAfter having a fantastic day, we decided to celebrate by going to one of our favorite restaurants from a few years ago - Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
We went on a busy Friday night where it was reservation only seating during this COVID time. We were seated promptly and we couldn’t help but notice the new interior decorations. We haven’t been to Carrabba’s in a little while, but to see the new black and white interior was a great sign. It was an inviting atmosphere that showcased how clean and crisp the entire establishment was.
Our server was incredibly friendly and honest. She let us know which foods were worth it and which ones weren’t. I didn’t happen to catch her name, but she was fantastic! Her suggestions were a game changer and made this become a 5 star experience.
The complimentary sliced French bread and olive oil is always delicious.
We started off with the mozzarella marinara. They were so good. Crispy exterior filled with warm cheesy goodness. The marinara served next to it was definitely homemade!
We then both decided to get the minestrone soup, but combined into one bowl. I love minestrone soup and their broth cannot be beat! Such a great introduction to our main course.
My wife had the Carrabba’s Italian Classics - Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna with a side of mashed potatoes. She enjoyed it all and liked everything on her plate .
My Tuscan steak with broccoli surpassed all expectations. The Tuscan steak would be highly recommended to anyone visiting Carrabba’s. The tenderness and flavor profile was a perfect combo. The sautéed broccoli was a superb compliment to the steak and was thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall my expectations were surpassed on all accounts. I would recommend this place to people who throughly enjoy Italian food in...
