Stopped by after work to pick up our regular favorites. Got home with my order and it was not complete, missing a 12 count box of nuggets. I called the store and spoke with Zach...I think that was his name, after back and forth 3x to speak with his manager I finally asked to just speak with her. She quickly pretty much repeated everything from what Zach told her I had said. She was speaking over me then finally said "oh, I will let you talk" well, At that point I was so frustrated I just said I wanted a refund or my order replaced. She offered me to drive back to the store and she would give me the nuggets I paid for, or give me a refund on that one item. She also said I could have a free shake. I really didn't want the free shake just the complete order I originally ordered , so I could sit down with my husband and eat a hot meal together....If I went back to get my missing nuggets it would cost me more in gas to get my nuggets/ refund and the rest of the order we did get, would be cold. I said just forget the whole thing. To me checking the order to make sure you are giving the full correct order that the customer pays for should be a #1 priority. From reading other reviews of this location...I guess it is not priority. I have been going to this location since it opened . I couldn't even get a number to call to try and get resolve and speak with the person in charge of this location. I was told they did not have a number for me to call, I then said so if you have a problem at the store there is no one you can contact? The manager then said she would see if she had the number. I was so done at that point I said forget it. This location has gone downhill. They are not giving you what you order...we shouldn't have to hold up the line to pick through our order to make sure it is complete. To anyone reading my review, check your bags for missing food you have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to this location a couple of weeks ago for breakfast. I was the only person in line and there was one person eating. I was not acknowledged, I seen two employees make eye contact before taking a break, they did not make anyone aware I was waiting, they say at tables in the lobby just looking at me. An employee came to the front to make drinks and looked back at me and returned to the drive thru without saying anything to me. I tried to grab attention of another employee by saying excuse me, she acted like she did not hear me and returned to the kitchen. I stood there for ten minutes before I realized I was going to be late for work. I left the store and tried to call but no answer so I called the corporate number and let them know about my experience. The representative let me know that somebody from the store will be reaching out to me that same day and that she wanted to apologize for the way I was treated because they pride themselves on good customer service. I never received a call from the store. I never received an email or any other type of communication about my experience. The whole situation made me so upset because I normally wonāt go out of my way to contact management but the fact that I did and nobody contacted me back and took accountability for the staff in the store made me really upset. I understand that places get super busy and I understand that people are given many tasks in a day and so thatās why I waited two weeks to even write my review. The service at this location is horrible. My husband visits Chick-fil-A often and uses his app in the drive-through and his experiences are just normal. Never exceeding expectations but just regular service and mostly decent food. This experience on top of horrible hash browns on every visit is where I will draw the line. Iām glad to know all locations donāt have the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst Chick-fil-A experience ever! Coming from Georgia, I know Chick-fil-A and why it should be a "pleasure" to go there. I have never been treated so disrespectfully as I have at this store...more than once. No one was taking orders in the drive thru, which was double-laned, wrapped around the building and into the street. When we finally got to the speaker, no one responded. We honked and said hello twice. When a lady finally came on the line, she asked, "Has no one taken your order?" Then she kept talking over my sister and me. When we finally received our orders, everything had been sitting out on a counter with a dozen other orders; of course, they were cold. I asked for hot food, and one girl said "entitled" to the other girl, and they both rolled their eyes...high school??? I tasted the drinks, and they were the wrong drinks. The "manager" - who called me entitled and rolled her eyes - told me to wait in a space. They came out with the drinks...unsweet and wrong again, called me by the wrong name, and said they would refund my fries because of the trouble. I gave them my card, and said thank you. The manager came out and ordered me to give her the fries. I told her what the other kid said, and she said in a sickeningly sweet voice, "No fries, no refund!" Then, under her breath, "White entitlement." She handed the credit card over and walked away. With her back to me, she yells, "Racist!" That's when I realized she must have thought we were someone else. I haven't been to that location for over 2 years due to similar behavior and service. As if that wasn't enough, when I got home, we had the wrong sandwiches. We paid extra for lettuce and tomato, and didn't even get pickles. This location is mismanaged...
