Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

So I appear in person at this store. The guy I'm talking to doesn't know the specials, even tho he works he. From now on I will proudly ask for someone who does, instead of using the guy, who is trying to over charge me for the smallest pizza. Or I just won't be back.1 topping 12" medium hand toss pizza, they say it's 9.99 when u walk in. My receipt says 13.49. they take 3.50 off. Very weird untruthful marketing, y are adding a delivery fee when I'm in person. Also if u go on there site u can get a 1 topping large for 7.99. I got charged 40 percent more for a smaller pizza. Then I approach a different person at the counter, and ask about y this is acceptable. And he smiles and laughs saying use online instead. But took no initiative to make this right. In his mind he had done no wrong, but I do feel very wronged. They know I just over paid, and they didn't do anything about it to make it right. After I called them out on it. I have also worked for this company before. What a joke of a...

I'm not sure what happened, I've just ordered tonight about 4pm-6pm tonight 12/17, it is right up the road from me and dude was stopped stuck up the road at the ice rink park. I hope he was ok and nothing was wrong.. I'm sure something might have happened and i hope he is ok. But it took 20 minutes instead of 3-5 minutes straight up the road, like 4 lights away.. my pizza is completely cold. And does not have any extra sauce or cheese at all like I ordered :( it's been awhile since I've ordered because in the past they've made it not so yummy or correct here, but I was trying again after couple months and I think I am done ordering here for good. Microwaved pizza just isn't as yummy as getting fresh and hot. Plus after charges and delivery fees and tipping, damn it's expensive for a pizza and pasta dish thats so disappointing not...

I'm changing my review due the change in Customer Service, today I ordered 2 medium pizzas for $5.99 each with I ordered I guess for the last year, well today I was told that I can't order half stravaganza in one of them because the offer is just 2 toppings, of course 2 toppings are around $12.00 the offer but I was paying $16.43 when I order that, sad when I said on the phone, you maybe are new. Because I had been doing this for a year and the reply was, not I'm not new I'm the manager for the last 9 years. I said nevermind, I will go somewhere else, how come a business which is Number two in the fast food business, will argue providing the requested at a higher price been rejected as a loyal customer? The question will be for upper franchise owner if that is the right way to do business...
