Easier to answer questions down below right here. Being an Oregon transplant to Colorado. I was quite pleased to find a food truck with Philippine cuisine! I was a bit geographically ignorant (assuming it can't be as good cuisine here in Colorado, as in Oregon!) Oregon has a huge Philippine community, I just assumed no one came out this far east duh. Turns out the community here, just might be larger than Oregon's (who knew?)

My food was fresh, hot...and OH MY GOD!! GREAT taste, heavenly flavors!!! I got to know the owners and will tell you, this is food cooked with passion, love, and a genuine desire to educate the foodie as to the cuisine of the Phillipines. Philippine food at its finest. Always take a moment and ask questions. These people; Rachelle and her husband Jermaine (not Philippino by birth, but at heart..all in!) Are as amazing as their food! Friendly and genuine. What an awesome food truck! They are very friendly and accommodating and have no issues explaining the dishes to you. Everything Ive tried has been excellent and definitely home made. Nothing out of a freezer bag here. Even some dishes you may not normally see or even heard of. Lumpia are crisp and delicious. The pork belly, pancit and pata are really good but for me, the pork sisig is out of this world... Its my favorite dish so far. You do have to check their Facebook page for their availability, so recommend you check before driving to their usual location. Their food is so good they sometimes sell out too so be aware. No need to take my word for it, give them a try and see for yourself. I will say this... There is another Filipino food truck in the area but this truck blows them...

My wife and i went to the Filipino festival on North Nevada on 6/15/25. They took our order and we sat out in the hot sun with many other customers for over an hour. My wife inquired on our order and they stated it would be another hour before our order was completed. We immediately requested and received a refund for our order. Many other customers were very upset, because they too were waiting for their food for a very long time in the hot sun. They know how to take orders, they just don't know how to complete them in a timely...
