If I could give this place an zero I would. I ordered a smoothie and when I showed up a half hour later it still was not ready. They asked my name and I said it. She said we still are making it. I waited about 2 minutes and I had to leave because I had work. Which I was late to. I then called asking to have this refunded since I could not get my order. The lady who I spoke with told me that my smoothie was ready when I came. So why tell me they are working on it? I called back a little later as the young woman told me there was no manager there I did so. I called and who ever is working today at 5pm on 8/6/21 with a sassy attitude. She told me that the staff wasn’t supposed to answer the phone on fridays. I was told to call back so not sure if she understood what I had said. She immediately put the phone away from her mouth and was yelling at someone yo take the phone because “ she can’t deal” she repeated this until someone new got on the phone. I honestly was not trying to upset anyone just doing what I was told to do. I asked the woman who I was speaking to the woman’s name who gave her the phone because I’m most definitely going to bring this up to the manager. I understand you may be frustrated but don’t get upset about me calling when I was told to. Maybe all your staff should know who and when a manager comes in. Anyway. The woman told me she didn’t remember her name. You’re not protecting anyone. You all need to work on your customer service skills. Read moreThis was my first time going to a Smoothie King & I could not be more disappointed. I had ordered 2 smoothies online & went to the store to pick them up. The employees informed me that there was no online order, upon checking my email receipt I see I accidentally sent my order to the wrong store (completely my fault). The employees that were working refused to make the smoothies at their location, told me I needed to go to the store I sent my order to, which is over an hour away. I then called the other store to see if they could transfer the order or refund me so I could just create a new order at the correct location. The manager at the other store said there was nothing he could do, he couldn’t refund or transfer the order. I then asked to speak to a manager at the location I was at, who also said there was nothing he could do to help me. He told me to call the customer service line, but they told me to talk to the specific stores that are having an issue. I also called the company that runs their online orders & there was no answer. So the store I sent my order to was not willing to refund me & the store that’s closest to me was not willing to make my smoothies even though I had proof that I had already paid. Read moreI ordered 2 smoothies: for my kid a mango kale, and I a chocolate spinach. The smoothies were ok. There is a limited choice for kids 3 kinds to be exact so I paid for a 20.oz since my kid didn't want anything on the kids menu and I was ok with that. I was greeted by an older woman, I think Nida is her name. What I didn't like was that the woman was trying to pressure me into buying a medium which is 32.oz and she said to me "Come on it's Friday! Buy it." Like she was insinuating that it's payday so it's ok to splurge. Regardless of the day I didn't care because 32.oz is too much for me. I wouldn't be able to finish a 32.oz and I was already buying my kid more than I had to. I had to say "No, thanks!" multiple times before I told her again "No. I won't be able to finish it. It's too much smoothie for me!" That is not a good look on the workers and it's not up to them how much someone should spend there money at their establishment.
