Some of the most rude employees I’ve ever encountered. The young girl that cashed me out at the drive through just said “Bethany?” I replied what? She said “Bethany” with a snarky tone and snotty look on her face. I said No, I just ordered a McFlurry, they didn’t ask for my name. She rolled her eyes and then says “5.72” I handed her a $10 bill and said I have the change as I did so. She replied “too late.” I said I’m sorry? She says again “it’s too late.” I’m not one for confrontation.. so I just said okay…. And trailed off. She then says “Unless you don’t want your change.” I told her “no, I want my change. I was just trying to get rid of my other change” she hands it back and closes the window in my face. Asked to speak to a manager at the next window and a young kid comes up. He says “what’s the problem?” I asked if he was the manager- he said “no but I’m in training.” I explained the situation to him all while he acted like he could care less and just wanted to end the conversation. FIX YOUR STAFF. YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE AND MANAGERS SHOULD BE THERE TO HANDLE ISSUES AND COACH EMPLOYEES!!!! I used to work in food service as a MANAGER and anyone would have been written up for a situation like this, plus I would have been the one to handle a customer complaint. All for a melted McFlurry…

Ordered through the mobile app, no ketchup, no mustard because my fiancée is allergic to mustard and doesn’t really like ketchup. Service was rushed when asked to verify the order and to get Mac sauce on side. Get home both burgers have mustard on them! Good thing I checked or else we would have been taking a trip to the emergency room! This is the 3rd time this has happened! And there is apparently no number to call! Idk if people are dumb, lazy, illiterate, or a combination but I am about to lose all my patience. The moment something happens to my fiancée because of their inability to read and follow a screen, I am going to sue and ensure people are held accountable! Double check your food if you or your loved ones have a known allergy, this location might kill you or your loved ones!

I go to MCDs every week of the year. I used to go every day and have lived Springs Most of my life. I know every place and all franchise owners in the city. Fillmore, Old CO city, Astrozon, Academy by the Citadel, Academy north, Academy much farther north, 8th street, Garden of Gods, Walmart Platte [closed], Wahsatch, Lake/Circle, POwers, Powers, and PoWers, Platte East, Barnes. Never been to Woodmen or the new one by galley on circle.

This S Nevada is and has been consistently for a few years the worst one. Their customer base and atmosphere is trashy. They do not allow refills or require you to wait. The order is not always right for small simple 2 item orders and takes up to 20 minutes. The staff have gotten into a verbal fight on more than one occasion. I am slow to anger, and I don't often write bad reviews, but after complaining to Corporate and the owner more than once three years I have to retro-actively complain here now. including just this past month may 2025, I got complaints about this store my guy.

  1. clean restroom. you got lockable restroom doors to prevent vegabonds from wrecking it, so stop allowing them in there. you have a right to refuse service to anyone, use it.
  2. attitude from staff always has edge. I don't know who they treat well but it's not me. 7am, lunch or 3pm on a Sunday not great always edgy.
  3. wrong items.
  4. incorrect adjustments for specials (not the right extra amount or reductions etc.)
  5. not on time, ever. I looked at my receipts I collect, all 12 times the last 2 years were at least a 10 min wait some nearly 30min. s free fries doesn't help. comp the whole meal. fire the slow chef this isn't a one off experience nor is it only at lunch or whatever excuse.
  6. dirty tables or streaks from over-clean.
  7. unhelpful. needed help with dirty table didn't come out for it said was already clean without looking.
  8. cold environment when it was cold, hot when hot outside.
  9. not filling drink in drive through and inside you still have to hand it to them.
  10. not helping when app having issue the way most branches will assist me. sent back an order to a different store (my mistake) but could have just given it to me cold since I was willing. (forced me to drive back to the original intended store even though i came to them to get it placed, my fault but they had made the food and were assuming i was trying to double dip. not right, yall feel?)

Due to the danger in this area never bring children here, no play place anymore and very high Traffic. With a capitol T. This is not the fault of this Mcdonald's but the area.

I came through the drive-through and ordered. The lady who took my order got everything right on the screen. I got my food and went home, and of course the person who made it got it wrong. So I drove all the way back and showed them the food and they remade it. and again, whoever made it got it wrong even though they have a receipt telling them exactly what I asked for. So on the third try, they finally got it right. What was supposed to be five minutes, turned into a 45+ minute ordeal. I was not happy and they didn’t even attempt to make it right other than remaking the food. And even though they said they couldn’t take back the food they made wrong, I gave it back to anyways because I didn’t want them to think I was just trying to get free food. But you would think screwing up my food multiple times and costing me so much time and gas and frustration and the humiliation of the guy yelling at me from the first window that I would’ve gotten a coupon or something. Nope. Nothing. If I would’ve known they were going to cause me so much headache & time & humiliation…I just would’ve went across the street to Taco Bell. And I only briefly mentioned the real kicker, I went through the drive-through after the first time they messed up and the lady told me to pull around to the second window and she would help me. So as I passed the first window, the guy working the first window began yelling at me and he was not nice about it. And of course he was really loud yelling out the window so everyone in a 500+ foot radius heard him yelling at me. It really upset me. No one did anything about that either. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. But you expect McDonald’s too be just McDonald’s. You don’t expect it to have so many low reviews because of how people are treated there. I should’ve known that this was not a McDonald’s I wanted to go to by the homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and the one homeless crazy guy running around screaming and yelling at all the cars and people that he saw. Live & Learn. I have seen the owner post under other people’s comments who were also treated badly that they want them to go to a different website and post for the customer care team or whatever, yeah I’m not doing that. You just read how I was treated. I’m not going onto another site and putting the information on there. If you want it on there you put it on there. You’ve wasted enough of my time and frustrated me to no end. You can put it on there if you want...
